They are telling me the same thing. That i should get an attorney and that my case was forwarded to them from officer Samuel Bakster. Now i know for sure this is a scam. The number they leave is 904-300-2556

I recieved a call from this number ut it was 904-302-2548 tell me i have to work with there verication department and set up arrangement to pay off some pay day loan.  I know i do not hav. They scared me nd i have follow them befre not knowing what to do, I called the police and just tel us to chage your hone nuber who going to help people who hae to suffer this abuse every day and night !!

They say they are the BCI but the first thing that pops up when I enter there number is scam scam scam they are haressing me tell me to get an atornny calling my job they go by the name Sammual Bakster and Austin Reed they say there located in Jacksonvill Florida but that all the information they can send and tell me can you get them to stop call my job and cell number.... SCAM

I recived the same call today I think its a scame with the payday loan place they go and get peole on the internet to file out there form say there aproved for a loan then that person  sign the documents to the agremments and the peolpe call say that they cant issue the loean out because your not makein enougth money to pay off the loan next they clai  you recived cash which was never recived. then they  repot that the person is not paying off there loan they Never Recived.  # # basically trying to get insurence money off the loan

They are sending me texts saying they are giving away free iPads.  They want to have you text back so they can confirm your number and then sell it to spammers.  Don't get sucked in.

OMG!! Yes these people are really starting to hit a nerve with me!! They say they are from Jacksonville...Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI). They refuse to give up details on what they are calling about. I know that the number they are calling from 904-507-5019 is a mobile number per the white pages.  They refuse to give you dates of occurrence, name of client and they refuse to provide any proof.  I am getting ready to get with the County's fraud unit and see what they can do.  This is ridiculous.  They call me at work and then they put words in my mouth.  They cannot give me an IP address or send me copies of emails that their client supposedly sent.  What kind of bull is that????? I would like to know where they got information from. I am going to get to the bottom of this.  It's insane!!  No one should have to go through any of this when you know you did nothing wrong. It's criminal what they are doing!!!

They started out calling my home phone and leaving messages there, but now they have gotten my cell number some how and are calling both!  It greatly upset my senior Mother, who lives with me.  They say in the messages that they are from the BCI.. Bureau of Criminal Investigations, and that charges have been filed against me and my social security number, that to ignore their call will result in them sending police and investigators to my place of employment, so to "avoid that type of havoc" I should not ignore them. The man that calls has a foreign accent and it is difficult to understand him.  Funny thing is that in order to work where I work, I have to past a criminal background check - so despite knowing that I haven't committed any crimes, it has been verified by a legal search as well!  I just want the calls to stop - who are they?!  A reverse number search shows they are on Booth St in Callahan Florida, but I'm not going to waste $$ paying to get more detailed information.  If anyone has any more information, and suggestions on how to make them stop harassing people, that would be most appreciated!

Received a call from this number identifying this selves as BCI.. Bureau of Criminal Investigations, when I refused to speak with them they threatened to send the police in 30 minutes! Since I have not commited any crimes I was not swayed.  Who are these people???
