i must say i know the company you are talking about and no they dont have a web site they dont have a number you can call them back at and no even is the employees would like to take you off the dnc list they cant the system they are on does not allow them too. they have to pitch you untill you get the appointment set up or you hang up on them or they loose their jobs. i will update you with more info soon.

I was receiving daily calls that start with a recorded message. They give the impression that they represent FPL or a local power company. I finally spoke with an employee and mentioned that I have an unlisted number and am on the National Do Not Call Registry. His response was that they "are not a telemarketer" and are not restricted from calling because they are not selling anything, just offering a FREE energy consult. He couldn't name the president of the organization and would not let me speak with his manager. I asked for their website but Michael said they didn't need one because their service is nationally known.

I have tried numerous times to get information from them in order to fill out a complaint. They will not give any information. I talked to one of the telemarketers today and Bonnie even went so far to tell me she had no last name. I asked her if she was lying to me and she hung up on me. I feel bad for those employees - they must be pretty desparate to work for such a sleazy company.

I keep receiving multiple calls EVERY day from this number trying to get me to participate in an energy audit. They refuse to take me off of their call list even though I have told them many times that I am not interested in the service. I have Googled the company name and no such company is listed in the results.
