They called me and said i was being investigated and that i had to send them money that day that it could not be delayed and they were going arrest me at my job that day. She said her name was Mrs. Clark and was calling from Dean Associates. They kept telling me to call a 800 number from a red phone at a CVS store or at a wal-mart. Well they had me so scared i went looking for this red phone and of course never found one and the number had been disconnected. My daughter looked that number up on the net and found these comments and i wanted to add mine as well. It's a scam and they can't do anything.

I received a message at my job telling me to return the call. When they could not reach me they contacted another person that I had listed on the credit app. for a payday loan. I return the call, and I was told that I had until 12noon the next day to pay $ 1,247.00 for a payday loan of $ 740.00. The total amount was $ 2,497.00. I was threaten that if I didn't pay that I would be arrested at my job or home. Why do people work for people that would allow them to harass people at their jobs ? We all make mistakes and I pray that God will forgive all parties, but send a message and let them know that what they do is not just harmful to us but more to them.

she told me that i got a payday loan back in may 2011 and i have not yet paid it back so now they are coming to my job to arrest me for $585.00 and my bail would be $3000.00 stuff like this goes on your credit report if you don't pay it back.

kate jone said that i owed a debt and that if i did not pay there would be a warrant for my arrest she refuse tofax information and said i had to take care of it by the close of the day.

Kay Jones called from "Fraud Division of SBA" claiming if I didnt call her back I would be waiving my right to legal counsel. whatever!

yep its another scam. saying im going to be prosecuted for something wouldn't say what. her name was nina and she was calling for jones associates...interesting
