It is a terribly spread joke and I was affected because the number that was given was my residential number. The number that I had for over 30 years had to be changed because of the constant calls. I don't know how the supposed scammers planned on "making money" since the phone calls led to no where but my house. What was so sorry that many people called truly looking for work and there was none.

Keep calling it then, it has been disconnected, is that proof enough??? I had to change my number because of this nonsense.

It's not your number unless you can provide proof. I think you're a sad person to claim this as yours. Mimosa St.?

Change your number. Looks like some cowards spoofed your number. Most probably that ones that spoofed it are the credit card scums. I hope these scums rot slowly in their boiler rooms.

This number is residential and is my number! The phone is unplugged because it is ringing non stop. Whoever posted this was scamming. Please get the word out that 904-797-5998 is residential and not FEMA. We cannot even use our phone right now because of the constant calls.

Ha Ha Ha-wouldn't that be great!!!!

My wish is to see the boiler rooms darken out while their neighbors enjoy electricity for being good citizens. If there's no electricity in their boiler rooms, the only people they'll try to rip off is themselves.
julie 2012-11-03 18:28:33 Unknown
I know that! I'm just saying that I wish they could experience it just once!!

Disasters are natural events that affects everyone. It doesn't discriminate between the good and the bad.
julie 2012-11-03 18:21:30 Unknown
Oh, if that would only happen! (Lord forgive me for that!!!)
Payback 2012-11-03 18:18:30 Unknown
Yeah, the scammers will know how it feels when a disaster hits them, and while they cry for help, nobody would show up.
julie 2012-11-03 18:16:43 Unknown
How pathetic that people are too damn lazy to earn an honest living!! I would never wish misfortune on anyone, but too bad something like this couldn't happen to them, then they could see how it feels!!!

They are a small cowardly section of society that dwell on the suffering of others. For example, while Katrina happened these parasites went out on the street trying to rip people off, break into stores and even homes. They take advantage of a disaster to steal and harm others. Even if a disaster didn't happen, they'll go ahead and steal.

A scam alert was issued in my area to watch out for contractors offering to clean up your home/property. Why are their people who have to profit this way?
Payback 2012-11-03 18:01:25 Unknown
Shows how parasites work. They don't care about anything other than shoving money into their throats.

Multiple postings are circulating that claim that this number will lead to a FEMA job working on Hurricane Sandy clean up for 1000 dollars per week plus travel and lodging.
