DO NOT give in to this company and send any money. There is a class action being formed against them for unfair debt collection practices. They will threaten to have you arrested, your children taken away and more over a payday loan or some other "CONTRACT". Key term being contract YOU CANNOT be arrested over failure to uphold a contract. Even if you wrote a check to secure a payday loan. Payday loan companies are told when they open their doors that they cannot send people to jail over a breach of contract. This company will call you with a woman who says her name is Lisa Watts, Lisa Waters, Lisa Smith or Angie Smith...all the same person. She will call you out your name and more. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!

This lady is a low life that uses lies to scare people into sending money. Dont send... you cannot do any jail time over money owed. It's her way of thinking she can get over on some one who doesn't know the law.She can't do anything but run her mouth.She will get stopped don't worry,"I will make sure of it".

The next time they call you, you need to tell them you know your rights and do not call your job anymore you are not allowed personal calls at work. I have also found through other blogs people are trying to organize a class action lawsuit against this so called company. This woman gives several alias for her business name is a straight up fraud! Call the payday loan company you owe and work things out with them or just ignore this ridiculous excuse of a business.
