This number has called me 17x this morning. I was not home but it is on my call display. No message on my machine either.

I got a call from this number 904-863-0200 and they hung up after my voice message,

Just hang up ....... and use your caller id and dont pick up.!!!  Well, if I know all that why did I fall for it and picked up???????? duhhhh     lol

I answered the phone but nothing on the other end responded

got a call from them tonight, i played along for a while, telling them I have multiple credit cards, and tons of debt.  Then they transfered me to a supervisor. As soon as I told them none of my cards were in good standing, they hung up.  the first lady gave me this company info, which is complete crap:

Well i've recieved calls from this and very similar numbers all with the same recorded message regarding credit cards, I have also submitted a complaint. Funniest thing is I don't even own a credit card.

I have received numerous calls from this number, automated voice on the other end stating to lower my credit card interest rate - push one- I got a live person on the other end of the line, told her I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their call list but am still receiving calls. Asked to speak to a manager, her reply " no way ma'am" and hung up. I then received 2 other back to back calls from the same number.
I am trying to find the company name, if I locate it I will post the name

Called me today, got to a live person. Sounds like a scam with credit cards. I told them they were breaking the law by calling me, so they called back a second time and I could only hear background office noise. They refused to give me the company name.

Got a call this morning at 11:05...no one answered my hello! IS this a telemarker?

If you call the number back, you are able to put yourself on their Do Not Call List.

Don't know if it will work or not, but I can't see any reason they would want to call someone who has clearly indicated that they will not buy from them.

Receiving numerous calls, several days a week and I just don't answer the calls, I am on the Florida do not call list which doesn't seem to work with them.

CALLED ME NO MESSAGE - ITS PREFERRED MAILINGS

Got a call today from a Florida company claiming they have called several times before (an automated message) and this is my last chance to lower my credit interest rate. I pressed "1" as indicated in the message and a telephone attendant asked "Did you press one to lower your interest rate?". I started to say "No, I just wanted to find out who the company is that I've never heard of that is making false claims to have called me several before about my interest rate", however shortly after saying "no" he simply disconnected me. I am in western Canada. What an ignorant way to do business.

Have received many calls from this number; it has to do with credit card rate reduction; they provide an option '2' to remove yourself from the list - obviously does not work; I have also contacted paetec

Well I guess I have you all beat! LOL I have gotten calls EVERY 20 MINUTES EVERY DAY (from Nov 1st-Nov 10th)from 8am-10pm. It started with 13217359692, I was hung up on, and yelled at and cussed at when I asked to have my number removed from their lists, finally those calls stopped, but they started calling from 1 949 256 9110(on Nov 12th) every half hour all day long, and now they are calling from that AND 9048630200.(this started Nov 16th) My phone does not stop ringing ALL F***ING DAY!!! I have had enough of this!! I tried to ignore them at first, but honestly I can't handle my phone ringing NON STOP for 14 hours a day 6 days a week!!!!! Especially since I work NIGHTS (7pm-7am)

This is a Florida scam...why would anyone return their calls???  They want a live number and will keep calling and will never stop.  You confirmed the P# is live and only encourage them to keep calling.  Wjy get stressed with these guys and simply hangup.

This number has again called me, this time getting about half way through a recorded message threatening an urgent matter about my credit card...I have now made a complaint to the National Do Not Call List's web site:  https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-eng  I suggest every one do the same, if enough complaints come in on these low-life's maybe something will be done.

An automated dialer calls your number.
If you answer, it takes a couple seconds for them to re-route your call to a telemarketer.  So, that's a few seconds of silence.

If all the telemarketers in their "pool" are busy servicing other customers, then you get a few _minutes_ of silence.

I got a call from this number and when I called back I got a real person and as soon as I said I wanted my number . she hung up on me. I tried to call right back and it brought me to an automated machine telling me if I want my number taken off press the number 1. they want to offer me Lower credit card rates and it says the have tried to call several times to offer me this low rate

Pressing "1" to have your number removed from their list DOES NOT WORK.

All it does is verifies that your number is good and you'll get even more calls from them.

Two calls to my UNLISTED, UNPUBLISHED phone number in Rural Canada on 12 Nov 2009, within three hours.

I've had enough of these scam calls with the bogus spoofed numbers on my call display to know better. I refuse to answer any call that claims to originate from the US (with the exception of five numbers-- and I know who those people are).

Same deal on any call that claims to be an 'international" call. I refuse to answer them.

I may be better off than others as far as this goes, because I don't  have voicemail, so they can't even leave me a dead air viocemail or whatever.

As far as I know, the ONLY way to get these scammers to stop is to refuse to answer the phone, EVERY time. Eventually your phone number gets flagged as being  not in service/unreachable/bogus,  or whatever, and they give up.  

This doesn't mean that the next fly-by-night organization that is running this scam and is spoofing phone numbers from Tennessee, New York, West virginia, North Dakota, Massachussetts, or wherever won't call you.  It just means that this particular scammer won't call you.

If you don't recognize the phone number, DON'T answer it! It's that easy.

Iget one or two calls a day from these people, same thing if I press 1, and I even give them my number to stop calling, they hang up even before i finish giving them the number.

Just one more of a very long list of bogus phone numbers that have called my unlisted, unpublished phone number.  The Paetec site says they specialize in helping their customers serve the metropolitan markets. My town has less than 400 people in it.

Plain and simple, they help their customers deliver spam and scams.
