Got a call from this number today.  For Mathew.  No Mathew's in my house.  There is one across the street though.  Asked me to call back at a different number, 877-282-0517.  Female caller, with a accent that made it clear she wasn't calling from Nebraska.

Its Allied international Credit, which is a collection agency its collects money on behalf of rogers sears td, Pc financial master card, key bank, supermedia and all these companies. they have agreement with these companies to represent the client name i.e. SEARS or TD etc so yea none of these companies care for customer they just sent all these overdue a/c to Allied international to get their money back

I believe the # belongs to Allied International, they are a collection agency.

Also, people shouldn't be judgemental about others who are unable to pay their bills on time. Yes, some ppl are lazy and just don't pay their bills but there are alot of ppl who are having a really hard time in life esp w/ the current economic conditions. Some had great jobs and were on top of their bills and now they're left behind struggling... you never know what the future holds...that could be you one day. (directed to foolish)

btw.. it is FOOLISH to assume that one doesn't have a job because a collector calls them or because they are sitting around a computer typing a post...

I received a call from a guy saying he was from Allied International looking for my mom. My mom died 2 months ago, thanks a lot guys.

pretending to be bell..not bell..i called them the guy tried for my info and when i freaked out he told me to give him a b*** job!!!sick sick people

I got the call asking for a Tammy Wilson, the guys voice sounded so weird.

you cant put a collection agency on a DO NOT CALL LIST with the gov. THEY ARENT TRYING TO SELL ANYTHING!!!!
as for rogers.. they are an hired on behalf of rogers..to call on late and overdue accounts. what are you going to do? call rogers and tell them that AIC is doing their job?!?!
sounds like a waste of time to me.

I keep getting calls from this number nearly every day.

I can't answer my cell at work, but the few times I have been able to answer there is no one on the other line, and when I call the number back it says the number is unassigned.

Lady called my cell, prettending to be a Rogers A/R representative claiming an overdue balance on the home account and requesting immidiate payment otherwise would disconnect the phone line and charge to re-connect.

Provided call back number 1800 818 1243, her name and employee number.

will report to rogers, but I doubt they care.

I've recieved three calls today from this number, each time asking if different people are home... not cool

this is Capital One auto....they are using other numbers but tell you to call the 877 number when calling them back.

This is a company that handles debts for Capital One.

Allied can't touch your home....it's just a threat to scare you. My Mortage broker told me this as he used to work for a company like this. As long as you make small payments they can't touch you!!! I know...I've been threatened by them for the last 10 years now and I only pay them the bare min a month. They have been telling me they will take my home, take my car, garnish my wages...etc. they haven't yet because they can't.....good luck to ya!

Allied Consultants are definitely the scum of the earth, pond scum.  I admittedly owe money.  I send my payments to Sears who I owe the money.  But they had placed it into the hands of Allied, however Sears quite willingly accept the payments.  Allied will not reconize the payments made to Sears.  Numerous certified letters to Sears has still not stopped the calls.  If they keep hounding me at work, I will lose my job and then no one will get paid.

I am researching legals means that will stop them.  If I find a way which can be done on our own, I will post.

Allied international are very rude and extremely aggressive refusing small payments on the account and threatened to put a lean on my house for a balance owing of 4000.00 Also I am dealing with a debt management company, which they refused to deal with.

Calls Way too much.   At least twice a day, every day- - even on Sunday................

three calls in a row, i was at work and couldn't answer my cell... three calls in less then a minute, the message they FINALLY left was from "allied international" it's a collection company

This number belongs to Allied International who work on behalf of Capital One and others. Do a search online for Allied International and you will learn they are a collection agency. Check out their training section. They take pride in the work they do and how they do it. Also... quotes on the site by apparent employees indicate to me they are paid individually for their performance which explains why they are so rude and agressive. By making you angry and wanting to get them off your back you are helping them make money and take food out of your fridge and into theirs.
