I received on my voice maill, a live, long message in a foreign voice, the operator only gave the phone number. Who called me and why?

I received a very long message on my voice mail in a live, foreign voice. Who called me?

I received a very long message in a live voice, in a foreign language that I could not identify. Who called?

Called speaking an unknown language.  Appeared to be some kind of automated survey.  Was not a real person.  Don't know what they were saying.
