They try to sound very professional on the phone until you tick them off with your questions.Do not allow them to out talk you.Raise your voice and let them know that anything legal pending against you will actually come from a court.Phone threats are not legit. They will say almost any and everything to you just to scare you.Contact your local courthouse and ask for your records through the civil clerk.Any active judgements against you will always be leagally documented in court records. If you have taken out loans in the past...get a bank statement of what and when certain loans where placed into your accounts. It should have the name of the depositing company and date of transaction on your bank statement.
A so called "Ms.Williams will call from Premier Client Services making threats of coming to your home or place of employment.Tell her or anyone else to do so.They will never show up.They use scare tactics.Don't fall for them.If you do owe money...clear up as soon as possible to get the burden off of you.Ask for proof of payment to anyone that you send payment to...Make them verify.

Thank you so much I just got a call from them.  The guys name was Mr. Ross.  He was passed when I questioned him.  He wouldn't send me anything in the mail only wanted to send an email.  He said if I made payment arrangements he would then mail papers.  Of course I declined which made him even more angry.  Please don't fall for this scam.

PREMIER CLIENT SERVICES - I have been getting calls everyday on my office message machine. Finally decided to call back to their 877-842-5714 number, talked to a guy who said I owed $1900 on a payday loan through Discount Advance. He offered to settle for 75% of the total. I tproceeded to tell him I never borrowed 1900 from anyone. I hung up on him and proceeded to look up discount advances which is a "broker" not a pay day lender.
Had this happen to me from another company which I called back and started making fun of the guy who lost his temper and hung up.

This Mrs. Davis calls for a debt we already paid and said they now own that note, told her we had a receipt showing it was paid, when called to get the fax number she began to yell and threaten that she would continue to call numerous times a day and then yelled for me to get a f---n life. My husband tried talking to them and they hung up on him. This company must be stopped and I am willing to file harassment charges to the fullest extent.

So to update my post. Now I have some chick named Jasmine calling from 'Premier Client Services' telling me they will be filing charges against me for a bad check I have never even written. She gives her number as 678-321-0256. Tells my voicemail on Friday, 5days ago, that they have exhausted all efforts to contact me and will file charges. Calls today, Wednesday, and tells my voicemail they are filing charges. I have stopped taking the calls. I have informed my coworkers this is a pure scam and they know not to fall for any thing they say. Bottom feeders, scum suckers, I hate scammers.

they called me at work told me I owed over 2000.00 and demanded I make a payment. I told them that I would need some kind of paperwork to verify, they told me that they had sent me paperwork, a Mr. Ross, who wouldn't  give me his full name, told me he was going to turn me over to authorities and have me arrested for writing a bad check. I told him I had never written a bad check, He told me to shut up and listen, I then told him to not call me at work again and to mail me proof of this debt. He called back and spoke to my HR person to find out if we had a private entrance for the police to serve me w/papers and arrest me.

This company has been calling and harassing me. The first calls said the company was Pinnacle Asset Management. After sending a verification of debt letter, which I have yet to receive a response too, they now call under the name of PSI Incorporated with the following phone number: 678-825-3499 (caller id shows "Georgia Call"). The following phone numbers stated they were calling from Pinnacle Asset Management: 678-809-1964 and 678-909-0627 (the caller from the second number said her name was Nina Parker and her voicemail confirmed that).  Turns out, the debt they say I owe, is from Cash Net, in which we have no debt with them. They refused to give me an address so I could request this debt info in writing and have not complied with many verbal requests to stop calling. Just FYI, sent a BBB complaint and they are not happy. I suggest everyone do the same and report to your states attorney general and the FDCPA.

You probably could, but good luck finding them; they are a bunch of kitchen-table debt scammers who don't have anything to begin with. So they'd be essentially judgement proof.   Your best bet is to report them.

I have been getting these call's on my iphone running ios 5. i have to run that since i hate ios7. in ios 5 there is no way to block number's. and my carrier is a re-seller of at&t and doesn't block number's. i got a jailbroken app to block these number's. but my phone still ring's for about half of the default ringtone. (3 second's at most) and it cost's my 4 cent's (one minute) every time they call even though its being blocked. they call form 2 different number's. and each number 4 times a day. and up to six times a day on the weekend's. Vermont's own do not call list didn't even help. on Vermont's list you can only be called by non profit organisation's. and religious groups. so 8 call's a day times five week say's is 40 plus 12 for the weekend's.40+12= 52 calls a week. 52 times 4 weeks in a month 208 calls a month times 4 cent's a call = $8.32 a month. that's what these scammers are costing me a month. I took it upon myself to cause these guy's hell. i use disposable phone number's (Google voice or Skype) to call them and "Pay my debt" i give them false info. false name false SSN false credit card info and false address. They don't usualy check to verify they just write down the number and charge you later. if they do check i just say "Sorry but i'm not paying you scammers a dime" they say "We have your info, how would you like me to drain your credit score?" and i reply "I gave you completely fake info lol" then hang up.

This is a pure scam. If you get a call from 404-909-8928 or 404-900-6959 or 678-341-5585  Marie Allison or Christopher Reeve.
DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ON YOU.
After harassing me for weeks at work by calling 10 times a day and calling my boss and family leaving messages to call them back, I looked into it. I called a debt collector relief lawyer, you can google them for help. Here is the info I get back. I knew I didn't owe the debt, knew I didn't take out a loan with My Cash Now 3 and half years ago. They claim I had a payday loan of 350 and now owe 1400. I was not paying, so they called me multiple times to intimidate me. Anyway, here is the info:

Dear Sara,
I hope this finds you well.  Just wanted to let you know that we conducted some research on the information you provided us.  Our research seems to indicate that the debt collector is a scam operation.  It seems they purchase consumers' information that applied for a payday loan online and pretend to be a legitimate debt collector.  Right now the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the FTC are trying to find the company and its owners.  Since they are unable to find the owners, we are certain we won't be able to either.  As such, we don't believe it is worth your time and frustration to try and pursue this company.  Please realize that you owe this company nothing and that if they continue to contact you let them know you are aware of their tactics.  If you tell them that you will not pay them a dime, they should leave you alone (if they haven't already).  I wish we were in the position to go after this company but they (and hundreds of similar companies) have eluded law enforcement for years.

} maybe the government will do something

CFPB and FTC I'm sure would like to tan many more collector hides, but they have only so many paddles. You have taken a posture more people should emulate if they really want an end to the industry's abuses. Filing your own FDCPA and/or FCRA claims creates just the sort of resistance which Congress and those government agencies are counting on from each of us.

} I put Century Claims Service on the DONOTCALL.gov.

How did that work, exactly? The only thing you can "put on the" Do Not Call Registry is your own phone number, not someone else's. Anyway, the DNCR is not relevant here. The federal Do-Not-Call registry exists to help enforce the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Please note the operative term ''marketing''. A debt collector is not a sales person and is therefore not covered. The few remaining state lists share this limitation. Here are the DNCR service terms you were supposed to review at registration time:

National Do Not Call Registry Q&A

} Our so called Government does nothing to stop these frauds

Stop waiting for "government" to solve your problems, then. The same government gave you a whole suite of laws years ago to help combat abusive debt collectors which grant you private right of action. You get bullied, lied to, or swindled, you sue the offenders yourself.

} He said he could not imagine why there would be negative remarks about this number.

Maybe because Mister "very nice and professional" is a chronic liar who works for extortionist thugs?

Did you ever get a real paper dunning letter via USPS two months ago? The one mandated by federal law shortly after first contact? I see a flurry of emails and phone calls, but where is the paper trail?

} stated that he needed to know when this would be paid .... told me that he had done everything to help me

Oh yes, you've been done the big fat favor of a confusing runaround for what should be a simple matter: Validate the debt or go pound sand. That decision should not take weeks of dithering and buck-passing. "Mister Wells" wanted your promise to pay before you had a chance to see the docs, which of course they have no intention of sending. This undermines the whole point of seeking proof of a debt claim and can set you up for a creditor lawsuit in some places.

I think if you review your whole story in the light of the FDCPA you will find numerous violations of your rights and cause to sue for relief.

These people have been calling me for the last couple of months.  A Mr Wells who is very nice and professional.  I have ask him who he works for and he stated E-Pay loans he does not have a location, phone # or account#.  althought he does have a lot of personal information.  I told him las Thursday that I need the paperwork proving that I owe this money.  If he can prove that I will pay E-Pay Loans but I will not pay him.  He said he would emaild it to me.  I never received it.  They have called all weekend I called them back this morning and spoke to another rep that stated they mailed me all the documnetation on Feb 3 2014.  I told him I never received any any information.  I told him that is spoke to 2 attorneys and they have both told me that you cannot demand money with documentation.  When I told him that I heard music and Mr Wells can on the phone.  I ask Mr Wells why he did not send me the documents from E-Pay With their address and contact #.  He stated that he gave it to his supervisor and put me on hold to ask him.  Whne he retunred he stated that they did not know why I had not received but he would send it again.  He also stated that he needed to know when this would be paid.  I told that I has spoke with 2 attorneys and also ask him is he had google the 404-900-6959 # and ask him where is was located.  he said they are in Atlanta GA.  He said he could not imagine why there would be negative remarks about this number.  He got a little fustrated and told me that he had done everything to help me so he would just turn the case over to the police.   877-842-5714 is the # that was left on my voice mail to call.  I will google that also.

I am so glad you did the research. I matched the phone numbers and I was being harassed by "Century Claims Service" which is the same number as Premier Client Service. This guy calls every day wit the same message you showed in your post. I put Century Claims Service on the DONOTCALL.gov.

This is how they get around this. They just a bunch of new numbers and change the name of the company calling. In my case it was Premier Client Service instead of their Jan-Feb 2014 name then "Century Claims Service."

I just tell them I will be dead before they can file s***. I enjoy screwing around with these lazy f's that usually are in their 1 bedroom Apts watching TV half the day. I know this because I had a tenant that told me all about their BS. I have been getting these calls for awhile and it is just criminal.  Today I lost it on the guy and he hung up.  They have to supply information about their location and phone number.  Also it takes about 10 minutes but I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov.  I think the more people that do this maybe the government will do something.  Once I get a response I will update this site.  Also plan to call BBB in that area and the local sheriff to file a harassment suit.  Finally I plan to personally sue them and am lucky enough to a very good friend who is an excellent attorney.  Probably nothing will come of it but want to make their lives a living hell like they did for us.
