Who owns the number?

i received a call from this number.  the man was very persistant, almost rude, about the fact that i had filled out a ballot.  i politely ended the call and hung up.  a few minutes later he called back again.  this time he spoke to my father telling him that he had won a prize.  then my father asked who had won the prize because the caller had already spoken to me about winning.  when my father asked the caller where the ballot had been completed, the caller replied that he didn't have that information.  the caller then assured my father that his signature was on several ballots.  my father tried to get the man to fax over a copy of the ballot to verify his signature (we have a fax machine at home), but he refused to.  by this time, my father was losing his patience with this man.  we had tried to be polite, but he just wasn't willing to end the call.  finally my father hung up the phone and unplugged it.

I just got a call from a guy from this number.  He said I'd completed a ballot.  I told him that I've never done so and, he then proceeded to say that I'm lying and that he has the ballot right in front of him.  I said "good bye and that I'm not interested" and hung up.  He called back and I let it go to voicemail.  He left me a voicemail say, "fuuuuuuuck youuuu."
I hit *57 on my phone so the number can be traced to my local police station.

I got a call from the same guy,  905-241-1024.  I've never filled out any ballots.  When I asked for his supervisor, he pretended to transfer me but picked up the call again.  I told him to remove my number from whatever list he had and to never call back.  He said he would and then continued with his blather about a ballot.  When I yelled at him and told him he was lying and to never call again.  He said that what I was doing was threatening and that I could be sued for a thousand dollars for harassment. I told him that if he felt threatened by me yelling at him then he shouldn't have called me in the first place and to simply never call me again.

Same again told him I did'nt fill out anything. He was persistent told him that i had his number. Tried calling it
back automated voice said the number was out of service

Similar, 'won one of five prizes' but have to come in person to make the draw. Never got to the address part. I told him I wasn't interested. He called back (And the caller ID read 905 241 102 7 ) and I told him again, not interested, he then complained that if I didn't want to win the prize I shouldn't fill out the forms! I think my wife did the form at TNT grocery store in Mississauga/Toronto.  Whatever.

a man wi the strong indian accent told that i won one prize of five and have to come to 1510 Drew road in Missisauga to get one or 5 prizes -  cash, travel, tv ans something else. He insisted that I should provide him with exact spelling of my first and last name and bring two pieces of ID.
