It was account rec' regarding outstanding bill they sent out for fundrasier?

it was accounts rec asking for money for some cause inwhich i had to pay.

This number has called numerous times on land line, however around July 10-11 I called number which went  to an operator advising -  voice mail full, leave message. I just hung up. Later that day that number called again, I answered and asked who do you want to talk to -- female said Doug, I then asked what is the name of company or is it for a donation. Was told it was for "pause" child abuse. I then asked when was a donation made "pause" uhm  2007 and 2008. As Doug was home from work I repeated their info to him while still on the phone with this female and his answer " I don't remember them and I don't want to talk to them" I repeated his words. Response was "oh" then they hung up. That didn't last long, they called again July 13. As I was out and didn't see this number on the phone until July 14. Called that number again same response "voice mail full"

I also received calls from this number no. of times, and same message is played every time if I call back. Whose number is this? I am planning to call 911 and report a harassment.

called my aunts house asking for me. she said I wasn't there and asked who they were and they hung up on her.

The called my landline. Np message. Keep calling and hanging up.

Anyone else getting calls from this phone number?

I got many calls from this stupid number. When I call it back then there is only answering machine with no available room for messages.

I have had numerous calls on my land line from this # and I tried to ignore them and have even turned off my answering machine.  I answered this number one time and the person wanted my son's number to thank him for services rendered.  I wouldn't give out the number for my son had never done any volunteer work with the group mentioned.  He was very insistent and kept asking for the number.  I told him he would get anything from me and to PLEASE stop calling me.  I told my son about it and he did a bit of research and found out that they are scam artist.
I have about 5 other numbers that keep calling  time and time again.  I listed with the do not call list and it seem to work for a while.

ya this stupid number been calling my home twice a day. and none talks on the other end. band this stupid number.
