Sorry but these suggestions would not help. The calls are simply fraudulent calls not representing any actual air duct company. They are trying to extract money from you. If you'd call back any of those Toronto-area numbers, you'll hear the recoding say "This number is not in service". These fellas have been already investigated by the National Anti-Fraud Service but so far unsuccessfully. Good luck!

Do what I did...report this to the police..remember these guys have your home details. be safe.
They threatened my 9 yr old also who was crying bitterly when the police turned up. The cops say they are powerless to help.

I found the posts above very interesting.  I receive calls from these guys virtually every day, and it has been happening for months.  I have asked to be removed from their list, and they continue to call.  Lately I have been getting a little more rude in my response, because I am frankly fed up with them ignoring my requests to stop calling.  Today I was prompted to do a search and find this post because of another call from them.  In today's call, the guy said:  "Hi, buddy.  How are you?"  I knew right away it was them again, so I said:  "I'm not your buddy.  What do you want?"  I just wanted him to hang up.  Instead he said:  "Yeah, you are a fat, bald, f$!@in' lesbo."  And he laughed.  I was shocked.  This is outrageous.  Something should be done about these people.  If this is a Call Centre hired by the Air Duct Cleaners, they should know that these guys harass people to the point that nobody would ever use their service, when the time actually comes that they WANT an Air Duct Cleaner.  And I personally hope that there is some kind of Quality Control at this Call Centre, and they record calls, and the rude guy that called me today gets fired.

I recieved a phone call after 9 on sunday night. My daughter and i answered at the same time. I asked him what he was selling (he didn't have a chance to go into his spiel). He hesitated and i asked him what he wanted (i was being rude - it was after 9 after all) and he sarcastically said - I want her. I told him i had his phone number.

The same company has been doing this with me and today he was swearing and ignorant, He did tell me his name and I star 96'd his number 1-905-641-9919 Michael Cooper,so if you get this duct cleaning company harassing you too, report them,personally I am fed up with his b***s***

These a***oles have called here from 1 to 3times a week, asked politely at first for name of company and phone number and they hang up. Last two times they have called I have either hung up or told them they are not allowed to call and will be reported but to no avail so I have resorted to  hollering and swearing at them. Today he called, presume it was the owner and he was belligerent and swearing at me when I told him not to ever call here again. I am reporting them to BBB and CRTC and hope anyone who gets a call from this number does the same. Maybe if they start getting fined they will get the message when someone says no and wants removed from their call list and they still continue they will face fines, per call after that(remember Bell Canada did the same, until enough people complained something had to be done) These people are low life jerkoffs who need to harass people trying to get contacts, good luck with that method. I don't appreciate people being able to call me whenever they feel like, invading my time and then having the nerve to swear at me when I object to this . The more people that complain about this and all the other companies that think rules don't apply to them the more likely it is that it will be stopped, quite just hanging up thinking they go away, they don't, report it and maybe if they do get enough complaints something will be done, we should not  have to deal with this !
