they called me today, silence on the line, no answer, so I hang up

Called me asking up front if i speak russian. Refused to introduce herself - hung up instead.
Annoying...

Il me harcèle depuis mai 2011. Ils parlent pas un mot anglais , mais russe ou espagnole. Ils ont eu le culot de me déranger le week-end a 7h10 le matin. Gang de mongole !!  Aucune info donner sur leur cie. et qu'est-ce qui vende. Juste du dérangement pur et dur! Sacré moi ca dans leur pays de trou-du-cul, pis qui y reste. Calls every day at least 2 or 3 times....very annoying ,I dont answer...its no one I know.Used to answer,but no more.

Called my home at 10 in the morning.  F%^& Off. There is no purpose to them.  Leave people alone.

Just got a call from this number. They speak jibberish then hang up.  There are several numbers that these people use.  No purpose to their calls but apparently it is a company out of Cooksville, Ontario call "Pulse Telecom".  When you call them back they put you on hold then ignore you.

phone call company... they called me a few times... I called them back today... a lady answered with an extatic voice started mumbling about great ovrseas rates... when she asked me whether I call overseas I answered no, and most of all that my phone number is on the national do not call list....

than she didn<t hang up.... but there was silence on the line...

they call me almost every day. they call me on my cellphone, i have no idea why they call because I do not answer.It is really annoying.

Just called me on my work cell phone, asking me if I spoke another language... couldn't understand the lady very well, and told her she must have the wrong number.  She hung up on me.

Yes, they are very annoying overseas calling company. Hard to rid off their calls even if you tell them not interested in service.

Let's put our tax dollars to work, and get this idiot investigated and hopefully shut down.  You can also register your number with the Do Not Call database of Canada free.  Worth it!

Yes - block out that phone number by your phone service provider - don't pick up the phone doesn't help (it just create a false info that nobody's home)...

That's kind of privat intelligence unit searching contact to persons of their interest, don't talk to them just hang off and lock out that number by your telephone service provider...

I got their calls i don't know how many times now, each time i answered they either hang up or asked if i spoke russian lol how stupid ! It tells me they are trying to rip off their own people and others if they can!

The government is to blame , he lets those annoying hidden agenda scamming companies call people at random!

The solution i find to this problem is to block the number !

Called ~10 times every time different hours, called back responded in Russian. They offered me cheap international phone calls...

Called my WORK. Seriously whats up with that? They asked specifically for me but when the call was transferred to me they hung up. I called back to find out who they were and got a Russian girl and then hung up.
