This number keeps showing up on my Caller ID too, only they keep calling my home Fax line.  No-one, other than my fax machine, ever answers or will answer the line.

Yet another call with no message from these jerks.

I have had these morons call me over 10 times, even though I have asked politely to be removed from their calling list, as we don't have ducts
Seeing as they continue to call, I have decided to waste their time
Play stupid, and ask how much they charge to clean a DUCK
Tell them you have geese as well, do you clean Ducks and geese?
What if the Ducks have just come from the pond, and are clean, can I get a raincheck?
I just got off of the phone with them, AGAIN
I have told him to remove my number, or I will begin booking appointments to have my ducts cleaned
I told him I have been polite, for the 1st 10 calls, but now I am getting frustrated
The only way I can get some sort of satisfaction will be to book calls, that don't exist

Calling  almost every week offering $99 duct cleaning. Have repeatedly told them to stop but they persist.

this company continues to call me about duct cleaning . I have requested that they not contact me in the future , but they continue to call . This should not be tolerated any more   in the future i am going to start to call and ask them if they need their ducts cleaned .maybe they will get the message . If everyone called them and filled their answering machine then they would actuall not recieve calls from interested people .
maybe then after listening to all our wasted calls they would think of how annoying they really are !!!!!

This number phoned my house this afternoon. When I first picked up it took them a few seconds to respond after me saying hello a few times but I heard laughing in the background and a male say "ask for MaDonna", which is the name of someone in our household. it then sounded to be a woman with a sharp voice say hello then after a few seconds, the call went dead

I seriously have had ENOUGH of the inane calls that come into my house over the course of a day.  Tonight, I received a call from this number at 9:00!  What the hell makes them think they can call a residence at 9:00 at night?  Something seriously needs to be done about this nonsense!  I am now getting somewhere in the neighbourhood of 20 calls a day from different telemarketers!

I'm fed up as well. I just told off the guy for the 6th time, spoke with the manager and they promised to take me off their list like they did the past 5 other times. I think what we need to do is record all these calls in a place forum this, then gather the information and hand it over to the CRTC or your local MPP to take action against these people. The more people record the call, the more solid case this becomes for the CRTC.
I think there is also a national "do not call" list compiled from the government that is suppose to be in place this year, but when I don't exactly know. The US has it already.

This company is harassing us. We'll NEVER go with their duct-cleaning service because they are pushy beyond ridiculousness. My husband is too polite to tell them to leave us alone, but I'm on the verge of using foul language to get the point across. If my husband relents and lets them come into our home, they'd all better hope I not get home early from work!

They keep calling about cleaning my ducts.  They call and call and call and call.  I don't HAVE ducts, I have radiators.  At first, I told them, "Hey, I have radiators.  I'll never need your service.  Please don't call me again."  The second time, I repeated this request.  The third time, I told them they are wasting their time because I will never buy their service.  The fourth time, I told them to save their breath, I don't have ducts.  I repeated this this fifth time, the sixth time.  I've finally just started hanging up on them.  What can I do?  There is no way I will ever use their service.  I honestly want to say, "Sure, come on over and I will pay you for every duct you clean." (which would be none, as I don't have ducts, in case you missed that).  That, or I am going to give them my address as hell and gone from anywhere, just to send the guy out on a wasted trip.

How do you get rid of these calls?

Man am I pissed. These people just don't know when to stop. This is the 10th call since January 1st of this year. Yesterday evening I was speaking with a guy named Anthony. After about a 1 hr conversation about how they are breaking the law, he guaranteed me he would not call anymore. Guess what. This evening they called again. By the crtc rules, they are suppose to give you a reference number when you ask to be put on the "do not call list". I got one yesterday, and another one today. He is suppose to call me back after talking to the administrators tomorrow evening and personally guarantee that I've been taken off the list.
I think I'm going to pursue this further. I'm going to try and contact the company during the day to see what's going on.
Next step... I'm going to make false appointments and make them come out to my neighbours or something. I'm just so pissed they won't leave me alone.

these people are calling even after 9.00 pm and more than 6 agents are calling for the same duct cleaning.I am sure the main person must be a real fool.Its really disgusting and I am sure they are from long call and also now coming through another number. one girl even cannot pronounce whole, insted she pronounce it as hole I dont know which hole she is talking about.

Fortunately, these rascals haven?t called me. But, I was led to this great site when I was doing background checks on this Call Centre Providence (the user of the t/p number). This company?s Sri Lankan collaborators are known sympathizers of that country?s deadly terrorists ?Tigers? and even are suspected of funding the terrorists. Currently some fundraisers for these terrorists in Canada are being arrested. I can imagine there tactics of telephone terrorizm!

Duct Expert is a wonderfull company. i got the service just for $99 and it was great service for me for cheap price. becouse i had service before some other company but they charged me more and they did not clean my duct system properly. and they charge me for every vents also
 so i really like to go with Duct Expert for my duct cleaning next time also.

I just got my 6th call in 2.5 months from this company. Everyone, please make a call to your local MPP, give him the number and tell them how many times they are calling you. Another avenue is to make a formal complaint to the CRTC. They are going way to far in my opinion. Someone needs to sue these F$%Kers

I'm surprised you would even attempt to post a good reference for this company who harrass people by making excessive calls when repeatedly asking them not to.
This only makes me beleive that you WORK for this firm that are making the harrassing calls. That's the only explanation I can come up with. No one in thier right mind would post something like this on a complaint site.

They r a company Called Duct Experts, They that they Operate in Missisauga & Brampton, but actually the calls are coming from Sri Lanka..but if u ask them r u a Canadian, they would reply No Im not but im living in Canada, but that's a Lie..The Thruth is it's a call Centre Namely Providence BPO operated near Colombo, Sri Lanka.. They hav a bout 50 Agents, & as far as I know they operate Illegally there.. & they make hell of a lot of Money out of this, bcuz they only pay a mere salary for the Agents who work there..& the company is not registered, & they r not paying any Insurance to the Employess..Managers Name is Shaheed Nazeem..

These idiots keep calling my number and not saying anything when I answer the phone. I scream in the phone telling them not to call my number again.

Mike, that is a GREAT idea!  I just called them and told them to remove my number - they said they would - unlikely, but we'll see....

This companu did a great service for Duct service. It took only 1 hour to finish the whole work. Technician were kind too.

I just called Bell to find out why my call screen service isn't working on it, they can't even look up the number because it's not one of theirs.  Apparently they've found a way around it, their number isn't the number that shows up on your CID and is just an extension.

Here are some tactics that may work:

Tell them to hold a minute, place the phone beside the radio/tv, go have dinner or check back in a few minutes, most likely they have hung up as you're cutting into potential client calls.  If not, tell them just a minute and repeat.  After a while they will decide it's better to not have you on their list.

Otherwise, tell them you do not feel comfy sharing your name info on the phone as you can't verify who they are and it would be easier for them to come to your street address to get details.  When they show, don't answer or do as suggested earlier and tell them you're not interested.  No verbal contract, no liability.  If they insist on taking info on the phone, tell them you need they're name, number, SIN number, that of everyone of their employees who may come on to your residence so you can perform background checks.  

Another option is to get the info of the service they are offering, ie. all ducts cleaned for 60$, tell them you'll agree, but only if they buy your old couch for $61.

Or tell them you don't need ducts cleaned but as luck would have it, you can help them by offering to deliver their groceries for $1000.  If they refuse, try selling them....

PS: If you call the phone number back multiple times, (I called them 100+ times) and harass them to remove you the phone calls stop, Mention McGuire legal firm as they think they will be receiving a serving notice if they continue to call any of there clients. (It's a fake company :P)

Thse guys just keep calling almost every other day. Won't take NO for an answer. I don't even have ducts. I have Electric Heat! Today I just blew my cool & called them everything under the sun & then some. It didn't even seem to faze the jerk. Just said "Thank you & have a nice day" It will be a nice day when I don't ever hear from them again!!!
