I have NEVEr had a bill collector bring me to tears until I spoke with this man tonight.

I didn't get your advice in time and now I am more upset than I was before I went to the hospital which is the cause of my bill to begin with. Calling this man a jack a** is an understatement!

Al was a complete jerk on the phone when I took his call. I have never been treated with such disrespect rudeness. It has nothing to do with my owing money, my being upset about the phone call and conversation. I have spoken to bill collectors in the the past and have never had to tolerate such verbal abuse. When I asked to speak to someone else, he insisted that he was the only one I could talk to. I already know, for a fact, that that isn't true since I had already spoken to someone else. I WILL be contacting his supervisor because there is NO excuse for this. I hope that he never has to go through the hardships I've have endeared that led me to have to speak to him. And if he does, I pray that he doesn't have to speak to someone as ignorant as himself.

Not being a deadbeat feels awesome, much better than screwing people out of money you owe them...it's sad that people spend so much time trying to figure out how to avoid paying their bills, if they invested the same time and energy trying to resolve debts the right way we, as a society, would be much better off.

It's a company called Credit Check in Marquette, MI. They obviously think you owe a bill. If you answer, then they are as rude as can be. Just tell them you don't live there anymore if they ask for you.

"906-228-8473" is a number used by "Superior Adjustment" or "Credit-Check" - a debt collector from Marquette, Michigan.  Contact an attorney, as this is a violation of the FDCPA and your rights. Al Chroman is the supervisor.  Call him and tell him TO STOP and request verification or validation of the original debt.  It's time consumers stop these heartless, ruthless sharks who harass and belittle people who, mostly, because of no fault of our own, have become so buried in debt, it feels hopeless! Get an attorney, it feels AWESOME to fight these jerks!!!

Calls in the early morning several times and does not leave a message. It wakes me and my baby on my days off of work. I'm getting very angry!

some how they got my cell phone number, from another person, and they were calling about a different person that I had no idea who it was, but her name was the same first name as mine, and she has 18000$ in medical bills.

but they wouldn't stop calling me either until I finally answered it.

I keep getting harassing calls from these numbers and they wont stop.

yeah they are very rude.. to the point where i don't answer my phone when they call anymore.  I can handle making arrangements with human ppl that are in that job position.. Calls from 226-6436, 226-6646, 228-8473, either in the morning, afternoon or evening.  Caller ID shows either Michigan Call or UNKNOWN, or No Data.  I have been getting these calls for 2 1/2 years now, it is very annoying.  I have my answering machine turned off as they only say this is credit check and sorry we missed you and to call a number.  Does it do any good to report these numbers???  Where does this info go or is it just used for others to see that they are not the only ones getting these calls.  Looks like a lot of people receive them.

Lots of calls on caller id without name but does show number.  My caller id shows:  UNKNOWN  on alot of these calls.  Not sure it is my phone or if the caller has a way to enter what they would like it to say.  Sneaky way of getting thru I guess.  Will report again if I get another call from this number.
