Actually that is not all true. I didn't ever see the ad in our paper, but I was told up front that base pay is $7.00/hr, and if you work all scheduled hrs and set 15 appts you get $10. You could also get 6 sales and it wouldn't matter how many appts you set or hrs you worked. And "I'm not interested" is not the same thing as "Take me off your list," as you were well-trained to know. Just like only the owner can tell us to take them off the list.

I used to work at PCA Security, I only worked there 3 days then got fired for not getting appt, for them to give away the security systems. This is a WARNING do not work for this company, they will call business up to 10 times a day and will not mark them off the list even if the business owner says they are not interested. There ad in a local job bank says 7.40 to 12.00 dollars an hour, that is false they start you out at 7.00 the only way you go up in pay is if you make an appt. and then the business owner takes the equipment
