telemarketer making unsolicited calls. phone number was gained from partially filled out but never sent aci berry web form. is there any way to stop their annoying phone calls?

Verizon will prevent a call from getting through if it is repeatedly harassing. Call customer service. T-mobile states that for a monthly fee, they will give you access to call blocking. There is a feature on my samsung phone that blocks phone numbers, but it just sends it directly to voice mail without ringing the phone. The call still shows up as a missed phone call. Unknown about how ATT helps their customers.

I do not want this number calling anymore. 908-603-0388 It is happening every two minutes. How do I make it stop?

Phone number is used by mostly 'work at home' employees. Acai berry free trial follow up attempting to gain credit card information.

Have received 15 calls from this number today, tried calling back once at 5:28pm, got voicemail, left message stating that if they were calling again they needed to leave a message.  They called 8 times after that, never left a message.  Tried calling again at 9:30pm and it disconnected each time it was answered (Tried calling three times at 9:30pm).

i got 25 calls from these people at 1 in the morning. go to bed You freaks.

I also started to fill out that online application for Acai Berry but read how much it was going to cost after the trial period was over. After receiving 17 calls in two days I decided to answer the phone. The people were really trying to get me say my credit card number even after many times of telling them I was no longer interested. The "supervisor" then came on and also tried to sweet talk me. After the phone call ended I recieved 3 MORE calls 10 minutes after I got off the phone with them.. I regret ever giving out my phone number.

Heck yeah - sounds like a winner to me.  Maybe we should put their phone number as contact.  LOL

They called 8 times today.  Filled out acai berry form and then decided against it because it wasn't free and they still got my number!  Finally talked to someone who barely spoke English and told them to STOP CALLING.  Haven't received any calls since but it was around 8pm when I got the last call

ughhhhh this is so irritating! they call me like every 20 minutes.. MAKE IT STOP.

Just like everyone else, I started filling out the form and thought better of it. Luckily, I gave them my fax machine but they have been calling every 15 minutes. I say we all hit their website multiple times at the same time with bogus form information and bring their website down...wouldn't that be fun?

I have been receiving calls nonstop for 2 days now.  I too began filing out the info then stopped.  i just got done filing a complaint with the DNC list....everyone should now!  They don't stop.

They have called me 10 times in the last 24 hours. I have told them to stop, but they havent. I just went to the Do not call website and reported them.  I did the same as most of you, was going to send for the free sample, but decided not to.

I filled out the form about the Akai betry too yesterday and bailed out when they wanted a credit card number.  They have called 6 times today.

I have received 7 phone calls since 8:30am this morning.  On the third call, I ask them not to call this number again.  I have received 4 calls since that request.

could someone really pleeease report them? cause those b****eads have been calling me all day....i wanna punch em in the face.

Received 12 calls as of 2pm today....These people are annoying and I am reporting them to the DNC list.  If they do not stop, I will go further and report to Attorney General's office. They just call and don't leave a message, just listed as Private Caller and the number.  I too partially filled out the Acai Berry form, but when I read the fine print about how much it was going to cost the second month, I  thought they are out of their minds and didn't go through with the completion...they are a very shady company and need to be stopped.

Yes they have called me at least three times this morning just as was stated by other people.

Also receiving calls from 908-603-0388 - 3 every half hour so far starting at 8 in the morning!!!  I also partially filled out the acai berry information but then didn't send it in when I saw how much they were really going to charge for the product.  I haven't answered the calls, but given the number of people referencing that product, I would say that it's likely them.

Received 7 calls from 908-603-0388 on Feb. 9, 2009 from 8:15pm to 9:22pm. Don't they know people do sleep early??? The calls were in 10 to 15 minute intervals.  SOOOOOOOO ANNOYING!!!!  This company needs to be placed on the Do Not Call Registry.

I should have known it was a rip off! I started the acai berry application and realized that I would come out cheaper walking on my treadmill, I received two calls within 15 minutes!!!

so these 908-603-0388 numbers may be related to the Aci Berry?  I started to order it on line, but changed my mind and didn't. I believe I did this on Friday, 2/6/09 and the calls started 2/9/09.  Thanks for the tip.

On 2-9-09 received 9 calls on my cellular phone from 8:02am to 11:26am.
