You can go to www.donotcall.gov. Register your phone number and then when any of these types of calls come in, register a complaint.  Apparently, if the company if found to be violating cold calling procedures, you will receive a portion of the the fine that will be imposed against them.

I am receiving calls constantly from this phone.

Telemarketer peddling diabetes supplies.  I made up a tall tale telling him I don't pay for my supplies, I steal them.  That didn't put him off he continued his telemarketing prattle.  Finally I just hung up.

Why on earth is this number calling at 2:00 am CST.  You've got to be kidding me.  I thought there was a law about solicitation calls after certain hours and why doesn't the "No Call List" work anymore.  Other then blocking the number, this is getting out of hand.

Telemarketer called at 0610 AM on a "Do not call" listed phone.

Called 3 times in one morning and hung up when I told them the phone was ringing too often. Also on the dnc list.

No answer when I answered my cell which is on the DNC list! Probably an auto dialed?!? Will try to block it on my cell.

I get a call from this number several times a day saying they're US Healthcare. I tell them that I'm on the do not call list but that doesn't seem to bother them as they keep calling my cell anyway.

Same problems as all of you.  Caller ID says it's from Milford, NJ and reverse phone number search tells you its telemarketers.  To get any more info than that however, will cost you!.  I don't which I'm more upset about, that our country's Do-Not-Call Program and lists are bogus or that it will cost a person in time and money to do the research our government should be doing in order to find out an actual name of a harassing company so you can lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, phone companies and police.

When you call the number back 1-908-615-0209 you get a CONSTANT BUSY SIGNAL what the hell does that tell you all.I have been calling this number back since the call came in at 1:31 PM this afternoon July 8th,2013 and it is still busy now at 12:11 AM Daylight Savings Time in Pennsylvania!

I am always getting calls from this number and they never say anything, I can only assume it's because I answer with my job greeting. I always call back and just get that busy phone signal. Can't anyone please contact this annoying " company " to make them stop doing this ? Phone call today was at 10:40 am. 7-3-2013

This idiot calls at 6:00AM when I'm sleeping.  I live in Mountain Time and I'm getting sick of being woke up.  What a FOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number (908-615-0209) called but refused to say anything, even after I had answered three or four times.
