How did you proceed to sue him? I live in Texas and I was one of his victims. And, I want him to also see how it feels to be sued! I am very upset at this fraud!!!!!!!!!! He took money from my family and my household!!!!!!!!!!! HE NEEDS TO PAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Um...i just payed these ppl over $1000 to settle a credit card dept. They spoke,of a lawsuit being filed agaisnt me.

I have received several calls from a Mr. Jones at 909-212-7216 saying he was an investigator from the legal department and wanted me to return his call in reference to a lawsuit and courtdate . . . . . . and it was imperative that I call him back before 5:00 today! I do not believe there is any truth to any of this was so ever!!!

I received a call yesterday from a Mr. Johnson basically claiming the same and y'all have said.. Also that i have a court date... I called the courts no courtdate or anything?? hmmm...Strange? Be aware people!

On December 15, 2011 "Mr. Jones" from Investigate Legal called to bully me into into paying a debt that had been written off in 2010. He said I had court next week and I should also pay the attorney fees of $1250 for a total judgement of $2717. He was rude, obnoxious and I didn't verify anything but he proceeded to give me all the details. He then called back later, left a message and said that if I didn't call back by 4pm I would lose the ability to pay settlement amount???

on November 18, 2011, this African american name Ron Jones called my cell phone harrassing me that I am being sued 4 times.  I called back the next day and informed that he is not to leave message on people phone until he can verify who he is talking too.  He also stated that he called my place of employment.  And then hung up in my face.  I am going to now file a lawsuit against him and report him to the better business bearue.  Now lets see how he looks when he gets his paperwork.  he mess with the wrong person.

I just got threatened with a court case on Friday 11/25 (the day after Thanksgiving.) What a bunch of bull!! It was a Mr. Jones was who called and claimed that we were going to court on Fri but can't give me any other info.

A guy from this company has called around to all different departments of my firm claiming to have a lawsuit against me that needs to be settled.  He called my HR department and tried to have them garnish my wages also.  I've asked this man to send me documentation and he told me, "I'm not sending you anything".  When asked with a question that he did not want to answer he kept telling me that I was "strong arming" him.  I'm trying to figure out who these people are because there is nothing legal about what they are doing.

Ron Johnson called and left message on October 18, 2011. But message did not come through until Sunday October 23, 2011. It is funny how the above person calling name was Ron Jones. This was from Ron Johnson, the person he is looking for I don't know, and called twice stating a legal matter against this person and needed to call before 7pm Called at 1pm and will be in the office until 5 and the legal documents will leave his desk. I do hope the person Ron Johnson was calling did not get served because it's not his number.

I received a call from 888-638-0529 and that's one of the numbers used from this number you've posted about. I've posted on the other numbers wall, and there are tons of other posts you need to see. Look up the number I've given you. They told me they were Asset Management Services, or something like that, but then on the other number, they're listed as:

The guy said his name was Ron, or Ryan Jones. Heed caution when dealing with them. I was dumb enough to fall for it, before seeing this information when my fiancee looked it up. Check the other number out like I said, because there's several posts that are useful, and intriguing.

I keep getting calls from this number and they are refusing to tell me who they work for and any information about their company.  I keep harrassing me about being sued.
