Received calls from Ryan Jones claiming to be a collector and he also gave me a fax number of 909 256 5556 and another number they originally gave to contact him at 1-888-772-9119.  I have contacted a lawyer on how rude he was and how he kept harassing me.  Is it me or did the guy who claimed to be the company delivering the documents sound just like the receptionist who answered the phone and claimed he was not in and the so called Ryan Jones all sound and talk just alike....hmmm make you wonder a one man con operation.  Hope they get discovered and get what they give out.

They are not legit.....if they were, they'd send you a debt validation letter - something required by law.

I asked a man from this number to send me something to verify that a debt he claimed my husband owed from over 8 years was ligitimant...I gave him my email because he said he could not mail anything and he just kept talking all about judgements, and taking my car, and an asset hearing and attaching my husbands buisness, I told this man that referred to himself as Brian Smith that I was driving and to just send me the email so I could verify his claim...when he would not stop talking his threats I told him I was going to hang up and I did after he threatened me yet again...he then called right back and left a message telling me that because of my actions he was filing it and because I had hung up it would be rushed into the courts due to my angry nature...this is to much...He would never give me the name of the company, he only said he was a private investigator hired to find my husband...and the actual debt claimed is under $1500.00...Really???

I got a call this morning from this number (or actually it was from another number but gave me this number to call) say that they were looking for me or my mom. And they said that they were going to deliver a sealed document to my address.  And that me or mom had to be there between a certain time frame to accept it.

I called my mom and she told me she got the same message on her phone.

Have no clue.  We have no accounts with both of our names on it.  so not sure why they would be wanting both of us.

I received a phone call today from a "Micheal" and needing to be served and that they were a processing company.  I  laughed because I received the same call last year.  I just pretended to be someone else and took a message and than blocked their call.  They had also told me that they were on their way today to serve me papers (the same thing they told me last year, and never appeared).  I say just ignore them as I have worked in the court system and they would NEVER call you first.  They would just appear with papers and serve you so they have the element of surprise.

Received 2 calls about property investigation of my neighbor. Call from private name private # and do not identify themselves. Threaten to see me in court and give some bogus info that their calls are outsourced to process verifications. Also some bogus company. The guys name is mr. Smith. Give me a break!
