I got a call from these numbers 714-576-2907 Crystal Evans also from Denise at 714-408-1145.  I conferenced called them with my lawyer and all they did was get angry and ask for retainer and to fax to one of those 909 area code numbers.  Threatened to subpoena me at work and have me arrested.  I call BS

FBI told me to ignore them and they would eventually stop.. However, I have been getting these type calls on and off for years... Yep, YEARS!!  Our government can not catch these guys or it is just so low priority they dont even try.

I just got a call from California. Ask for the last four of my s.s number. He told me the first five. Said there is a case against me and he need the numbers to get in my cases. He said he is with final cases. I told him I know nothing about this mess and that him and final cases can kiss my AZZ.

I just got a phone call from Monica Anderson @ #  1-714-576-2914.  Said I had a payday loan from MyPaydayloan in the amount of $500 but could not tell me when it was given and now with interest and penalties the loan amount was up to $1600.  Had no number for me to call Mypaydayloan and said she was only given the bare minimum information.  If it was not paid back then I would be sent a supoena to go to CA and my wages garnished etc.  Usually the caller before was Indian with an american name but I guess they are getting clever now and using american people to try to scare us....DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!

I. Just received a call from 714-576-2910. I did not answer. A Mark Richards of Final Cases left a message demanding me to return his call IMMEDIATELY & left a case number to reference to. I always check on here 1st & never call them back. If I owe a debt, mail me the info, then we'll talk!! I mean the have all my info already, right? These scammers are calling from all different types of numbers.. So frustrating! But I refuse to let ihem stress me out!

I am reporting te number 909-295-6163 and 714-576-2908 as they claimed I defaulted on a payday loan that I never got. They are demanding money and claiming they will sue me and take me to Court in California if I do not pay or garninsh my wages again on a payday loan I never applied for or received. They are scammers.

i have also received phone calls from Tyler Jackson from both 714-576-2908 and 909-295-6159 on both my cell work numbers.  i refused to verify my last four of my ssn.  he and his supervisor refused to give me a physical address.   after i called back at least 10 times,  i was told to quit calling,  and now all i get is voice mail.   i filed a report with the ftc and provided both phone numbers.

Just got another one from 714-576-2908.  What should I do to make these STOP?

Everyone...please keep posting if you get calls from these people. This is the only way to save others from falling for this scam. I am continuing to contact the FTC and the Attorney General in California to try to find out about this company. They violate every fair practice rule set forth by the federal government in regard to debt collection!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they have your bank acct. number, you should definitely contact your bank and see if you can close out that acct and open another. They are ruthless. You should also contact the FTC and file a complaint. These types of unfair practices and invasion of privacy need to be stopped.

I have done a bunch of research on these predators.  First of all, according to online sources, the number is "spoofed" meaning it's no telling where they are calling from. Also---originally they would not give the name of the company....now when you call  they have come up with "Winchester and Associates". I tried to find that legitimate company in or around Ontario CA....nothing to do with any collection agency. I also reported them to FTC and contacted an attorney who provided my with very helpful information. If you have a legitimate debt, you may request and have to be provided with, in writing, a debt validation letter within 5 days. These people couldn't even give me the specific name of the company who said I had a defaulted loan. Also, they cannot charge you for more than the original debt....in other words...if you defaulted on a loan for 300, they cannot say you owe 1000--once again,,,they have to provide debt validation in writing!!!!!!!!!! The best thing to do is educate yourself. Go the the FTC website and read all about consumer rights when dealing with a collection agency. It is not illegal to have debt. If they are some type of collection agency, they have violated about every fair practice rule there is. I am also going to contact California attorney general and well as my own state's and the California BBB to see if such a company actually exists. Beware and stand your ground with them. Even if you do owe on some loan, they HAVE to follow federal trade commission fair practices.

I received a call from a Liz from Final Cases at 909-295-6162 saying she had to talk to me regarding case #107161-CA, when I cld back reached a voice mail of Jasmine, as I was attempting to leave a message Liz cld saying that I just recv'd call from me,  as I was leaving message with Jasmine I realized that once again SCAM!!!!  If you have a Michael Davis call you beware also

I also got a phone call from Jasmine Sanchez indicating I would be taken to Civil Court in California for a $500 payday loan that they claim I defaulted on. I have reviewed my bank statements and cannot find a payday loan for the payday loan company they claim deposited the funds into my account - MyPayDayLoan.com. I did not take out a loan. I have reported this to my employer as well but if they come through with actual court docs to garnish my wages, all I can do it file a suit of my own.

I have received numerous calls from 909-295-6162 from a Jasmine Sanchez who has all of my information - Account number, ssn, birthdate and my employer name. I did not take out a pay day loan. This woman was not able to give me the original loan amount or the date it was supposedly taken out but claims I owe $1600. I have repeatedly left messages for this company but no one will contact me in writing and they have stopped calling. I'm worried...thinking I should close my account.

Received a call from 909-295-6163 at 0740 a.m. which if a collection call of any kind is illegal because collectors are supposed to call during normal business hours. Message from the caller was faint and obscure leaving only a call back number with no other identity. I treat these as crank calls because there are predatory bottom feeders out there who if they report on your credit record never respond to a dispute. These scumbags prey on unwitting suckers who pony up money demanded under some threat like a court action,etc. If you've an old bill a bottom feeder purchased for pennies on the dollar don't even pick up their phone call. The statute of limitations may have ran out on the original bill and any response on your part starts the statute of limitations all over again.

I dont know what you guys are all talking about. All of you probably didnt go through what I did.. I failed to make anything on the case and I got served with a warrant at my job along with my brother and coworker it was nothing I expected it was humiliating. Myself like all of you thought they were scammers but they arent.

I like to get these guys back.  Get a good number where they can be reached at, tell them you are happy to set up payments but FIRST you need to call your bank so "can I get a good number and I will call you back" they will always give you a number because they think you've fallen for it.  Give it some time, block your number or use skype and start calling them, first call a few tmes and just hang up for good measure, then call them and with a very phony accent (any will do) ask for who ever called you first name.  Tell them you have a case pending against them, that if they do not pay you 5000 then you will take them to court....do this over and over and over again.  It feels good to do to the scum bags what they do to you.

Just got a call from Robert Jones and Final Case Division too.  Told me to call immediately or he would have no choice but to take me to court.  Have no clue what this is about.  Never took out a payday loan.  Are these people even lawyers? Who do they think they are that they can just call and threaten people??

I think they are a scam collection agency. Would only identify their business name as Final Cases Division but no company name. I talked to a Jasmine Sanchez and a Michelle Black. They threatened to send a subpoena to my work and take me to civil court in CA. I live in MO. Said I owed 1000 for some 300 dollar payday loan. OMG I am so glad you posted this.  I just talked to the same lady---she called today...said  I owed 1000. for some payday loan I supposedly defaulted on. When I told her I had never defaulted on a loan, and asked for specifics about the company and when this was, she would not tell me. She just told me they were sending it to civil court and that they were sending a subpoena to my work here in MO. I told her I had never received any notices in writing or on my email. I failed to ask for a debt validation letter. I was so scared I scheduled a payment for a date in the future. I contacted the FTC and am heading to the bank tomorrow to cancel the transaction and report the fraud. The number they called me from was 909-295-6162.

Person with the name of Robert Jones called trying to get personal information. Stated that he cannot talk about the case unless he had certain information to verify who he was talking to. If he does not get the information that he wants he will have no choice other than to pursue a civil suit and a warrant will be issued in your name. It's all a scam to get your information via phony telephone "investigators"

I just got a call from a Michelle black. I had the same calls from Indian sounding men. NOw its American. THey say the exact same thing as above. HOw could I check if anything is real? Why do they have all my info? It's scary that they know so much. Please help. EVg8487@gmail.com.

I just got a call once again for the old payday loan scam.  I have been getting these calls for about 4 years now.  I entered my info in a payday loan search engine, but never took out a loan because I got a loan from my bank.  These jerks have been calling me now for 4 years.  Always on different phone numbers and claiming to be with different payday companies or the legal office of where ever.  I'll be in court, I'll be arrested, they will subpeona my sister and brother, etc.  At first they were always Indian sounding, but with American names.  This time it was an American sounding lady:(  Please, no one give these people money.  It is a scam.  Know your rights on debt collections.
