These knuckleheads called, thinking they were dialing a local tribal casino. (Presume the caller was foreign from the thick South Asian accent. Wrong Indians, sister!) When told they had reached a wrong number, they changed their pitch and tried to sell us federal labor law posters! Told them we get our posters from the dept or labor and they are already paid for by our tax dollars. TANSTAAFL. (Note: Unfortunately, we have to answer these @#$%&*! calls at the switchboard or else they roll over to other staff members who are trying to get real work done!)

You can get the posters they sell for free from the government. It is a scam.

909-472-4600 (Personnel Concepts) calls but i don't answer when I haven't any idea who they are, I assume its a scam. It's very annoying to be in the middle of doing something else, and have to go answer a phone from people you don't know and don't do business with.  I would never do business with a company who calls without my permission. A few years ago I even dropped an insurance company I did do business with because they did this crap of calling to sell more/different insurance/and sometimes even the same insurance policy I had already had for several years! I even quit NRA, even though I am a 2nd amendment advocate because they were always bothering me with unwanted calls/mail/and email. They kept calling trying to get more, so I quit and now they don't even get my membership fees. When will companies realize people don't want to be bothered by constant messages, solicitations, etc.?

they just keep calling the office and dont say who they are on anser service we order posters from department of labour free .its a scam if you give them your credit card you will see? report them to bbb and consumer afairs.

These people are annoying and harassing. There are thousands of negative reviews and complaints against these people.

Do not make any business with them, they will try to rip you off, Calling every day asking for your credit card number,:( they call every day.

They keep calling my company and theatened my employees that our company will be shut down by government if I don't buy the poster from them. I told them I alreday posted the poster that I got from my insurance broker for free. They said it is different poster and keep calling everyday. Any where to file the complain and stop them? They also wanted us to order laminated posters. We only ordered plain posters.  We still received calls.  Ask to speak to their manager and work your way up the chain of command. Tell them not to call. They try to contact multiple people within an organization to cause confusion.  The FTC and Department of Labor should read this. When you fill out a form to file a complaint it involves time you don't have (filling out the form and follow up).

Personnel Concepts called our church back in October about getting labor law posters. They asked for the pastor, he wasn't available. They called again and said would not be in compliance if we didn't have these posters on the wall. They called again and we ordered the posters after discussing this.  A bill was sent and it was paid. Posters delivered. Thought we were done.
January: We received another call saying that we were past due and would not be in compliance. We didn't write out the check, someone else did.  We said we paid and said they should check their records.  This person "could not look up that information."  
Another call saying that we were past due and would not be in compliance. They asked for the person who signed the check. We told them we have a cancelled check to prove it. They changed their story to say they have two bills. Then they changed their story again to say that we can sign up for a subsciption and we would get the most up to date posters so we would be "in compliance" just in case we were inspected (sounds like a threat or intimidaition to me). Finally we talked to someone and they said, "Yes you did pay for posters on xx/xx date."  We said, we can get these free. Do not call again.

I receive several calls a day from 909-472-4600.  I don't answer anymore because I have repeatedly ask them to take me off their call list.  Today, I decided to contact them via their website and explained it is to the harrassing point and my next call will be to the FCC.

We receive numerous calls each week from Personnel Concepts because we made the mistake one time of ordering laminated posters.  Despite telling them each time that I will not order anything over the phone, the calls continue.

So sick of these people calling! Wish they would stop. We already have posters from the Dept. of Labor. I thought it was illegal for sellers to contact people who they haven't done business with? This caller disturbed a meeting. We haven't done business with them before and not interested in doing so. Thought it was illegal for companies to call us with cold selling, if they haven't done business with us before?

This is true. I made a handbook from downloads I got free from my local government website. I did this after I paid for a poster!

I too have ordered from Personnel Concepts in the past, and still get 1-2 phone calls a day for weeks at a time.Getting them now again.... My original order was supposed to have been around 15.00, but they sent me more than I ordered and then invoiced me for the remainder- a total of over 50.00. I have since started using a payroll processing company and they have provided me with all labor law posters that I need for free, as well as updating them when necessary. Do not buy these posters- as others have stated there are lists on your state and federal DOL boards that tell you exactly what you need and how to go about getting them at no  cost.

Have ordered from Personnel Concepts in the past, had a bad experience and stopped.  They had pestered me that I needed a new poster for the new year, but the one they sent me was EXACTLY the same as I already had.  Labor laws do not change as often as this company would like you to believe!  My purchasing team had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund.  The all-in-one format is very convenient, but honestly you can update the panels as necessary by downloading from the DOL website.  The pestering has begun again this week, about 2x a day.  Possibly they are also calling my Buyer.  Who knows, they NEVER leave a message!

I was going to order the posters from them because they sounded like it was something we must have for our business. I got suspicious when the  person wanted me to read out my credit card number to him at that moment on the phone, so I told them to call me later. Are these posters really mandatory, or are the people just scamming?

Didnt answer it, but I too have ordered some labor law/osha posters from them before.
I placed my order through their website and the total was going to be about $500-600. I didnt think that was too bad at the time. Then they called me to verify my order and They tried to upsell me on some ridiculously priced options, but I told them no. At least 5 times.
Got off the phone with them thinking that "no" 5 times was getting my point across. only to find out that they went ahead and charged me $2500 as if I agreed to the added options.
This was over the available limit on my card so it was denied, but they had already sent the posters.
We got the posters and didnt think anything of it since the charge was still showing as pending.
A few weeks later I get an invoice for the $2500. I sent the posters back and said forget it, they are just going to lose business here. Now I get calls all the time saying that I owe them money.

We have told and written to Personnel Concepts on several occasions and told them not to solicit our company...but they continue on.

Personnel Concepts are so annoying. This phone number is now Brady Corp. I blocked already 3 different company names with this phone number. They don't only call 6 times a week, I also get 3-4 letters from them.

Personnel Concepts Limited, Brady Corporation - called using MY name saying that I had ordered some labor posters. I informed them that I had done no such thing and to please cancel the order immediately.

Called asking for me at work by my name(first & last).  My Secretary transferred to me.  I said hello and they hung up.
