I received a call from this # today.  The name appeared as 'Distributel', but it was a campground calling me {I had been waiting for them to call about my booking with Emerald Lake}  I think perhaps the number is some sort of long distance service/phone card they use.  So for me, it was NOT a telemarketer.

Stop phone calls to my cell phone

Received and missed calls to my land line at 3:42 pm and to my cell phone at 3:44. It looks like they must have my contact information as the numbers are in two different exchanges. This might be a legimate call using Distributel access number.but no message was left on either phone.

This number called and it cost me $33 on my phone bill! I must have answered it when it was in my pocket.

Received a call from9055287000. Said hello. Waited for a response and a taped voice said please speak louder to ensure my message was recorded.

905-528-7000 keeps calling very annoying calling my phone company and having it blocked. I'ts harassment and i'm sick of it.

I received a call from this number there is no dial tone, it called and reported itself as a doctors office, confirming a appointment that I never requested, nor did I set up, This seems very sketchy, I would think its the government, who else has the ability to have a line that picks up a none dial tone, I have reported this number to the ministry, and am seeking more governing bodies, I find this is harassment so I will soon be calling the police, I advise anyone who receives a call from a number they do not trust to call the police and ask for a section that handles calls from a company or number that may or may not be traceable by us the public, can and will be traced by your local authorities, I advise anyone to report it to there police station...

I will be looking up other methods on tracing this landline from hamilton thats all I got so far, but as for them calling to tell me I have an appointment without saying my name, and speaking unclearly, and very quickly so U cant understand the name of anything they say, I mean come on, what is this all about, its seem that I have found other people are receiving calls from this so called landline number with no dial tone but theres nothing out there yet that ive found to identify where it is located or who they truly are, but distributel is a company that is a service in hamilton, they provide LD and local as far as i know they have a website I suggest calling this company and reporting this number as fraud to anyone who receives a call from them...

This number calls almost daily at odd times of the day usually at night. I have no idea what it is for.

This is a long distance company (Distributel). A person who uses this service to dial long distance, dials 905-528-7000 first and then the number. Hamilton Ontario users dial this number. Other cities have similar numbers for their area.

It's called me as well, at noon, never left a message or called back.

called me 7 times in the night starting at 2:03 to 2:32 am... Very annoying ! and I can't block it I had to shut off my phone to get some sleep!
