A man call saying i nned to consult with my attorney, and call him and may God have mercy on me. He a Foreign person can't understand him.

i have received alot of phones calls in the last 48 hours, called the police, ftc, and credit beura. they are looking into this company

I I have two calls at work yesterday and one today. they said i took out three loans did not. if i did they are not the people i did it with. also theny made comments to my wife that are rude. i have contact the police and ftc, ... these fools will be going to jail.

Got the call three times at work and once on my cellphone today in a matter of 1/2 hour.  The same hard to understand Indian sounding man telling me I had a lawsuit from the Morgan Law Firm.  He stated my name wrong and stated the last four digits of my social.  He kept asking for my attorney's number, but I demanded the number for the attorney in charge of this alleged legal matter.  He gave me the 909 number and I looked it up on the internet and found out about this scam.  I had to inform the receptionist at my job so she wouldn't worry about the strange calls.  Unbelieveable!

I received a phone call from 909-503-0684, the caller informed me he was Attorney John David, of the Morgan and Associates Law Firm and paperwork was being processed at the courthouse in California.  If I had an attorney to take down some information for them.  I asked the caller for his attorney ID #, as well as the address of the law firm and they would not provide me with that information. This same caller called my place of employment with the same crap, asked for my supervisor to inform them of this impending law suit.  While I placed them on hold, they hung up.  I suspect this is just the beginning of a nightmare, based on the information I am not reading online.

I have a caller from this very guy ! So what is scam ? and do i need to consult a lawyer ?

I got the same call today! They told me about a law suit and read me my social security number to me! I straight up told them to have the lawyer call me cuz i wasnt giving them and damn info! He also was threatening! Thick foreign accent. I think  i am going to save the number and do what i can to get them decommissioned!

This guy scared the hell out of me this morning. He read my social security number out to me and the name of my bank. I immediately called and closed my checking account...EVIL!!!

I got several calls, and then a voice mail stated that I needed to call back asap, I was being sued if I didn't call back, then when I did the guy keep hanging up on me, because I was asking way to many questions. He wouldn't even tell me who the creditor was, I finally got the US Cash Advance out of one guy then he hung up on me But If I go to a western union or walmart and get a prepaid debit card, for 495.00,and call him back  then it would clear my name, I had 2 hours, well that was at 5:47 PM, now it 10:40. I have reported it to the FTC, Local Police, and the SS office.and also alerted my credit report. Funny thing thats not on my credit report

WHEN CALLED BACK BY MY WIFE A GUY NAME MICKEL ANSWERED AND I SAID CAN I SPEAK TO JACK MARSHALL HE SAID WHO IS THIS. I ASK FOR JACK AGAIN HE COVERED PHONE AND ANSWERED TRYING TO DISGUISE HIS VOICE. HE TOLD ME TO GO TO WALMART AND BUY A PREPAID CARD BUT DONT ACTIVATE IT, I ASK HOW MUCH HE SAID 495 THEN SAID I MEAN 395. HE CALLED LATER AND ASK WAS I GONNA SETTLE THIS TODAY FOR A SETTLEMENT OF 2,000 DOLLARS. MY WIFE CALLED AND TOLD THEM SHE WOULD SEND MONEY. HE TOLD HER GET CARD N ACTIVATE IT IF SHE WANTED TO. MY WIFE SAID OK MY LAWYER WILL CONTACT HIM. HE SAID  SO YOU WANT THE LAWSUIT I HAVE TO PAY 3,395.00. HE SAID OK THEN GOT ANGRY LIKE HE COULDNT HEAR HER THEN HUNG UP. WHEN CALLED FROM BLOCKED HOME PHONE THE CALL SAID CANNOT COMPLETE CALL AT THIS TIME BUT GOT THRU WITH CELL PHONE. THIS IS A LONG STORY MADE SHORT.

I called the FCC to report it. They gave me 2 numbers to call 8773824357 and 8009525225 if they call again tell them u reported them to the FCC they stopped bugging me

They called, asked if i was drew, then gave me my ssn oer the phone without verifying a thing saying I had a lawsuit against me. First of all isnt that illegal information to give someones ssn over the phone without verifying anything?

I recieved a phone call from this number today.  They left a message saying that if me or my lawyer did no call them back then "good luck with the situation that was about to unfold on me".  I lead them to believe that I was going to do as they asked.  I called my loan company to veirfy that they did not report anything.  I also looked up the law firm in california and called them.  Then I called the number back that they gave me and spoke with "brad cooper" again (mind you I have never know someone with a thick foreign accent that has a normal person's name) and told him that I researched all this and that they needed to find another sucker and told them not to call me again.

Also received calls from this number today, a John Blue, my work, cell and home numbers were called.  Wishing  me good luck if I didn't return the call or have my attorney call.  On the second round of calls from this number 909-603-0684, I answered and advised them to place me on their "no call list" that obviiously didn't work as they started calling the 3 numbers again.

I have the same problem as everyone here, calls at home, they have my cell nuber, called it 13 times today while I was at work. Last week they called me at work and when I told them they could send me the notice of suit in the mail, they yelled and started saying "F you" over and over. I told them not to contact me at work any more, they called back 3 times, My co workers finaly said I was unavailable. Has anyone got a soulution to this problem Yet? Would love to know how to make them stop.

Got a phone call from this number stating that I owed them money from a previous cash advance.  So not true! Currently trying to reach them now so I can state that I have reported the number to the authorities.

So I keep getting hung up on which means they have caught on that they have tried to contact the wrong person or that I have caught on to their scheme.  They won't give me their company information anymore which is a definite sign that this is a scam!

Unfortunatley, with these guys using different numbers it is very difficult for the police to spend time trying to catch up to these jokers.  I even called the Dept of Justice and provided them with the phone numbers they call from.  The bigger problem is that they call people you listed as references.  So please warn anyone applying for anything online to speak with someone directly instead of putting all of your private info and having it sent out to God knows who.

report him to the FBI.  Use of telephone for threats is a crime, and the company hiring this joker or selling accoutns to him can be an accessorie.

Definitely a scam of some kind-told me I had a criminal case pending against me-when I proceeded to give him my attorney's contact information the [removed:lang]hung up

I was left a message stating it was a urgent that i call back because there was a legal matter against me.  I called them back and asked what this was in reference to and they could not give me a straight answer and also i told them if they should ever call my work number again that i will report them to the FBI and the FCC because they had a heavy accent requesting personcal information.

this same a*********es just called me and left a message on my phone saying i had an arrest warrent.  of course i called back and he stated that i owed $313.00 for a loan that i never paid back which was BS.   i went on by saying this is a scam cause u just cant leave a message on someonees phone and state that u have an arrest warrent.

It is amazing what we will resort to when we need money. I too, got money from online loan companies. It becomes a vicious cycle. I finally decided to close my bank account and try and deal with these people on my own. I have gotten 2 calls today saying they were from law firrms.The last one telling me I would be arrested tomarrow. I even tried to tell him I was my daughter, since the phone is in her name. He continued discussing the info with me. I knew a legitimate company would know better than to violate privacy laws and continue discussing it.I mdon`t have a problem trying to pay as I can, but they are playing dirty pool.I don`t know how to make this stop!
