Called to my cell phone where I pay by the minute. Mortgage is not due until the 15th. This was very unusual.

They are a pain in the a**. If payment is not in by 15th of the month due, they start their calling. Sometime 2 to 3 times a day until the payment is made or scheduled. I did not have a choice, they are a loan service and they truly intrude on a persons' daily life! Harassers indeed!

It seems that Green Tree feels the need to call and harass customers before the payment is due.
Never been late on a payment and somehow they call time after time.
Greentree bought out my loan from Bank of America, I was never harassed before Greentree took over my loan.

They left voice mail, very fast talker, a first name, but no message. Guess they really aren't trying to get a return call.

When I answered the phone they did not answer and I said "hello" several times and then I hang up.
