This is some "credit card client service" that "wants to lower your interest rate on your existing account."  When I asked how they got my number, they hung up on me.

this number keeps calling, and i let it go to the answer machine. but it's annoying to have to constantly monitor your phone calls.

"Alpha Services" used 701-217-1010 today.

I am a care advocate for a adult male who kept getting phone calls from them.  I called them back three times and asked who they were and to have them stop calling his number.  I got hung up on all three times.  Called to report them and was told by State of Oregon to place the phone number on the Do Not Call List.  After 31 days, they will be in trouble.  That phone number is 1-888-382-1222.  Suggest everyone makes the call to the national Do Not Call List.  Good Luck!

Never-ending daily automated calls about lowering interest rates, no opt out option.  Call back states number is disconnected or does not exist.  They have other numbers with the same message . . .

idiotic robotic call "press 1 to lower interest rates" I did and phone rang 12-15 times before was answered by a woman.  i asked what credit card she was calling in reference to -she said VISA MC Discover, AMEX, I said which card are you calling about and she hung up.
As soon as I questioned her she was gone in a flash.  Are they looking for elderly and disable to fleece?

Someone needs to go to jail.

Got a  call from 909-842-8101 earlier today (Alpha Services) . A recorded message asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my account. After recently filing a police criminal report for identity theft, I knew exactly what I have financially with expert monitoring. So I press one and asked what account, they said can I get your name for so-and-so purposes..blah, blah..  I quickly said, "Why, no you cannot."
Then an unprofessional, catty-a*s woman countered back, "Well, f*ck you too, then," and hung up.   Ha ha--get under their skin--after you file the criminal police report.   ( my guess is an employee from a very large privately funded forest/parks preservation group-probably monitoring someones offshore account in Beleze?) Just a guess--However, I know everything comes out in the wash. Guaranteed.

I have no problem with them calling me, because telemarketers have a job to do too.  The problem that I have is the fact that they called me at 9:44 in the evening, when both I and my 6-year old daughter were sound asleep!

A recorded message says that I have been approved for a reduced rate on my credit card (which one I haven't a clue!). When I receive calls like this, and I've been receiving a lot of them lately, I just hang up. I wonder why they aren't regulated by the "do not call" list. It's really getting to be a pain!

Got a call from this number this morning.  Came up as "Unknown Name" on my caller ID.  I didn't bother answering, and they left no message.  Looks like I'm lucky I didn't answer - nothing like talking to jerks at 9 in the morning.

Got this call today. Didn't answer and I'm usually not home so I don't answer these calls but it came up "Alpha Services" on my caller ID.

I had a call from this number, asked for how to remove myself from their calling list.  This is the information they gave (all bogus I looked it up while on the phone with them.)  1-800-938-XXXX (The number is to a phone sex line.)  1121 Cammelot Way Suite 22B  Acron, OH 46105 (Also false.)  If you call the number back it says "We only purchase/call business phone listings."  While on the phone with the first person he cursed, brought god into the conversation, etc.  On the phone with the 2nd person...  was looking up the information the first had given and pointed out that all of it was false.  (PC+cell = easy answers.)  Offered to 3-way call to the BBB and the guy got irate.  Really need to find out who this company is.

automated system, asking about lowering my rates. I pressed 1 to speak to a human, and talked to a man that refused to remove me from the list or let me speak to a manager. He was increadibly rude and told me that

I also received a phone call from this number.  I told them that I was reporting them (which I later did), and they told me that they were going to report me for a false report.  I am receiving phone calls twice a week from this number (and other numbers like it).  On Caller ID, the phone number says "Cellular Call".

Caller wanted to know if i wanted to lower my interest rates.  when i pressed #1 to get a human a yound woman answers.  I asked what interest rates and she replied "Visa, MasterCard and AmEx"  I said no to please remove my name from the list and she called said and i quote "you are a bi*** a stright up bi***"  No need for this language from a solitat
