Unfortunately, the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY just keeps the honest businesses honest. If a company doesn't follow that rule, then they really shouldn't be dealt with at all. Good for you for pointing out the registry to them. I find that usually when I ask them to remove my number, they do because then if you report them there could be fines.

Received several calls in a two day period, asked to be removed from list as I did not solicit information or calls and am on the federal DNC list.

they called me twice within an hour so i called them back and the sales pitch started i replied no thanks and the lady got rude with me and hung up on me. i called back and complained lady named jennifer said she will take care of the issue and remove me from their calling list. ?????? we will see

I got 4 calls from them today "Direct Rate Reduction Services", a total of 6 calls in 3 days. I hung up on them in the morning, you would think they would get the message. But, no, they called back twice, the last call I answered, I asked them (Bill) if they worked for the Federal Government, he said no. I told him they are in violation of Federal law, I'm on the Federal Do Not Call list. He laughed at me, I screemed at him and he better have his supervisor on the phone now!!!!. The supervisor asked if I updated the FDNC list lately. I told him to buy the list.

I'm getting calls twice a day on my mobile phone. They said they are "Direct Rate Reduction Services". When I told them that my number was on the Do Not Call Registry, they hung up abruptly. I called them back to ask them why they are not checking the Registry. They wouldn't give me a direct answer.

I am getting a call from this number quite frequently. I do not answer if I do not recongnize the number calling. However, they do not leave a message. I get this type of call from other number too.
