Here is a conspiracy I just thought of:

I too am on Monster.com and I always click through their ads about military and colleges and such. I found on the Argosy website under their About Us http://www.argosy.edu/about-us/do-not-call.aspx that if you request information from the university, they are allowed to contact you for up to 90 days if you are on the Do Not Call registry. Perhaps Monster.com solicit our info to Argosy in hopes that Argosy gets our business? That is if they would leave a message or answer their line!

*Possible Solution* Add the number to you contacts in your phone. Edit the contact so that the incoming calls go "directly to voicemail". No more calls and no messages, since they never leave a message.

This number 909 951 2020 calls me at least eight times a day and it is extremely annoying! They never leave a message either! I do not wish to receive any more of these calls please!!!
If it is Argosy University, I have already spoken to them several times about choosing a different college.

I've been getting calls from this # every 30 minutes, they don't leave a message. I'm on the DO NOT Call list, but apparently that doesn't stop them from being annoying and calling so many times.

The person owning this number has called my cell phone for the last week. Everyday I have had at least 3-5 calls. I press my ignore button because I know no one in this area and do not answer unidentified numbers. Also, they do not leave a message which is what really bothers me; if possible I would like to request that this number be blocked. Thank you.

This number has called me three times today :( I didn't make it to the phone any of the times but no one ever left a message which is what provoked me to look up the number.

So annoying, please stop the calls, they phone many times a day, then when I do answer they hang up.  Please stop!

ok...seriously...I get calls from this number at least 8 times a day and even on Saturday mornings as early as 8am!!  Who the hell calls that early on Saturday mornings??  Seriously!!!  Complete ANNOYANCE!!! and they don't even have the courtesy to leave a friggin' vm.  Ugh!!!

This number has called me at least 20 times in the past 3 days... Complete Annoyance when you use your cell phone for business.
