this number keeps calling me

They have called repeatedly asking for someone I don't even know. I have told them to remove my number and they have apologized but they keep calling. Next time I get through to a real person, I will ask to speak with a supervisor. I will file a complaint with my phone company about this harrassment.

Called, hung up when I answered the phone.  Has called many times.  They don't even have to courtesy to say who they are or why they are calling.  Most of the time I just let it ring until the answering machine picks up. Thought I would take the time today to find out who they were and what they wanted.  Happens too often to be a wrong number.  I am going to report them if they don't stop. They must not have anything better to do.  Just had a thought maybe they get paid per call.  LOL what a way to make a living, making harassing bogus calls ande getting paid for it.  Sad.

Verizon just called again.  I wish it would stop!!  :-(

Verizon, calls repeatly every day. It is a recording. They say the call is for a person that I do not know. I picked up once, and they repeatedly asked to speak to a person that does not live here and I told them not to call again. They repeatedly continued to ask me if I knew the person and I repeatly told them no. Since they did not acknowledge the fact that I did not know the person and continued to demand answers I remained silent on the line, they finally disconnected after several minutes. I have never had any business with Verizon nor will I ever in the future. I told them to cease and desist calling my number again and that they were making harrassing calls. They said they had never called before. I told them that was incorrect because they repeatedly showed up on my caller ID. They said they would not call again, but the calls continue.
