I got a 911-113 call at 4:37 on may 23 2012....no name,also got calls from 970-002 on 5th, 7th, 15th, 16th, and 19th....I answered one of the calls and the person [female] who was on the other end sounded foreign

Received the call on my cell phone at 3:01 a.m. in the night/morning.  I did not attempt to call the number back because I didn't want to disturb my local police dept.  No message left.
