Did they demand money from you and know all your info?

I got a call from Consumer Financial Services telling me I had a loan from some place that I never even heard of. I contacted the loan place after I spoke with the Consumer Financial, And the loan place  told me I wasnt even in there system. The Consomer Financial demanded 800 up front from me telling me if I did not pay they would report this with in 45 min and with in 2 hours I would be arrested!!! I want to know how this is possible when they are in Georgia and I live clear accross the states like 3,000 miles away!!!!! I called every loan place and asked info about this type of ordeal and they even told me it was a scam!!!!!!! BECAREFUL for these jerks!!!!!!

Man called asking for my son. Then said in regards to ----- ------ and did that name sound familiar.  I said I'd take a message. He gave me the number '912-376-3770'. I had to ask what company and for his name. He claimed to be with Consumer Financial Services. Gave his name, Terrence Wilson.  When I googled the phone number one of the first things was this website.  He told me that the person he was looking for had until 5:30pm eastern to call them. The person he wanted has no phone.  IF I hear from them I'll pass the message along.  Had so many people calling with scams, if it comes up 'unknown' on the caller ID and I don't know them I check the phone numbers and company names anymore.  I looked up 8 companies with that name and NONE of them have this phone number.

These people need to be stopped. They some how found my brothers number and called him and also called my job and spoke to my boss! They def know how to scare you into believing its real!

Received call stating that we had an unpaid loan.  The person who answered the phone stated they were from Walton, Lotus Associates and passed me off to Mr. Thomas he refused to provide any information about this so called loan that I have absolutely no memory of ever receiving.  Simple questions of date of loan and date of notifications of delinquency were not answered.  The only answer I was able to get between the threats was the  name of the lender that the loan was supposedly from.  I contacted the lender and they stated there was no past or present loan information on me.  


Please before letting someone bully you into thinking you owe money CHECK it out.  If they aren't willing to answer the simplest questions to verify the validity of the past due amount don't pay it.

Called my sister saying I was in legal trouble and that he needed to get in touch with me immediately gave a case number. Called the number and he answers Final Processing Brian Thomas.

Called asking for employee but would not say what company he was with just legal aid.  When returning the call, the caller identified himself as Brian Thomas with no business name mentioned (same person answered that called).  Initially want to speak to employee, then claimed it was a verification, but then wanted to give employee a message to call.
