just got a text with "hi (my name)".  wierd.  kinda freaky.  I am glad I to know that i can delete it and ignore it.   I did shoot a quick response asking who it was but didn't hear back.  Did I compromise myself by responding?

Same thing, got a text saying hi, [name]. So creepy. I was on craigslist just once yesterday,but how do they know my name from an anonymous visit? 913 is a Kansas area code...definitely not responding. Thanks for your responses!

Got a msg "Hello (name)". Traced it through L3 Int'l 1=8 interchange to Novosibirsk, Russian Republic. My guess a test drive for mass malware dissemination. DO NOT RESPOND.

Received a text from this number saying "Hello Rick". Kind of weird how they used my name but i don't recognize the number. Most likely spam, per the post on here. Got no reply.

I got a message today saying "Hi Kelley"  I asked who it was and got no response.  now that I read this, I commented to take me off their list.  What a freak!!

Yes I got a similar text from this number.  "Hello [my name]" and when I asked who it was I got the same response as Annoyed.

i also got a message from this number saying hola then my name ,so i replied whos this ,with no answer in return

Got a txt saying "hello [my name]?" I asked who it was and got the reply:

Very annoying especially since I am on the do not call list.
