I got a call from this number and they didn't leave a message. They also called from a number ending in 2062.

A survey Company in Kansas called Western Wats.  The national DNC list apparently does not apply to them, as technically they are not selling something, but are soliciting opinions on different subjects, products, politics.  TO ME this is the same as telemarketing. They use the same tactics, calling 3 or 4 times a day, hanging up on you when you tell them something they do not like....(that may be the key to stop the calls)
They do have an internal opt-out list at their website. (just google Western watts). Don't know if sending them an email w/ your phone # to opt out actually works or for how long it works!??

I got a call from this number just now. The personal want to conduct a survey due to a motor insurance I bought by phone .They wants to know my opinion about the service the insurance company provided to me. The person asked only 3-4 questions regarding the service and asks me to choose the score with 1-10. It seems reasonable for me to answer the questions (no personal information at all) so I did not hang up on him. It is like that the insurance company paid them for the randomly survey.

913-535-2060 called my house on Wednesday (9/23), yesterday (9/24) and today (9/25). They've only called once a day. The first two days I didn't answer the phone because I didn't know who it was. I let the answering machine take the call, but they didn't leave a message. They just called a few minutes ago and I answered it. I had to say "Hello" about 5 times before someone actually said anything, but ,of course, we all know by now that that's because it's a computer that makes the call. The call is from someone doing a survey. They told me they were doing one about home ownership. They were talking so fast that I had to interrupt them to tell them I wasn't interested, to take my phone number off of their calling list, and to stop calling me. Yeah, we'll see if that actually works or not.

these a**holes call me all the time and i have stoped picking up the phone.  a testatment to their crappy management is that even when you don't pick up they leave a 20 second message on the voice mail that is just hiss.  that means their system hangs on for 20 seconds instead of moving on to make another call.  i like to think that i help to keep them from anoying the next guy for 20 seconds by letting my answering machine take the call, but i have to delete the message.  so here is my plan...  i will set up an autodialer from my home and office to randomly call their number 801.373.7735
and also to fax them things on 801.379.5073.  since i am not selling them anything, just a guy that wants to talk to them, i also am not governed by the do not call list.  ha!

Got a call from this number. The person hung up, did not leave a message. Telemarketers usually do that.

Called this morning.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the company.  I'm on "do not call" list and will begin reporting the number.  After googling I found out - Western Wats wrangles information for its clients. Specializing in quantitative research data, Western Wats conducts surveys and collects information using telephone interviews (administered by real interviewers or an interactive voice response system) as well as online surveys for such industries as telecommunications, retail, health care, and high technology. Western Wats began collecting data in 1987.

I answered the phone. They didn't say hello or talk or anything...I just hung up.

Received a couple of calls from this number, but did not answer as I did not recognize caller ID "WESTERN WATS".  However, I did find their website (http://www.westernwats.com/take_a_survey.htm) which gives an explanation and an option to opt out of calls.

www.westernwats.com - Survey company...calling my cell phone no less. Didn't answer, blocked my# and called back - got a message stating who they were and a web address to "learn more"...how nice - how about a number to Not call me anymore?

Did not pick up phone, received multiple calls.  They do not leave voice mails.

Stupied, I got few calls, and I do not answer any of them.

Another unwanted call that I recognize that is from neptune that I don't answer anymore.

received call from number - person claimed to be from Thrivent Lutheran (Insurance Co.) conducting a survey. I told them I was not interested in participating and did not wish to be called. I have since received two more calls from same place within 24 hours of the first call...

Have received two calls on two different days on my cell phone.  One from 913-535-2061 and the next day from 913-535-2060, no messages left.

got the same call from this number...didn't answer because I didn't recognize, I have my number listed as DO NOT CALL, so annoyed that I got a call if it's some kind of sales/survey deal.  They didn't leave a message.

received two calls this week, both time the caller hung up when I answered.

Friend picked up the phone on HIS line (which he nor I give out) and somehow man on line asked for ME ...Friend said I was not there and man hung up .. googled western wats and seems to be a company that takes surveys ...but how he got friend's number , don't know unless I gave it out to a 3rd party as an alternate number.

Caller misprounced my name.  Told her there was no one here by the name she tried to pronounce.  She was nice enough to apologize.  Don't know what company it was.
