They are now calling me multiple times per day. When we answer, they just hang up on us. When we call-back, it still says they are trying to conduct research for Associated Bank. I've gone ahead and added them to my blocked caller list.

Associated has partnered with a company called Opinionology (Prime Performance) to conduct customer satisfaction surveys. They will contact customers via telephone to ask several questions related to recent banking office visits or a new account opening experience.
The number that appears on the Caller ID for Opinionology is 913-535-2066

It's not Associated Bank. It's Opinionology, a survey company, apparently on behalf of Associated Bank.

I received two calls today from this number which my caller ID identified as Associated Bank. We have never dealt with this bank. They did not leave a message.
