I have been getting these calls daily for the past 2 wks at my workplace.  We have caller ID to screen calls from clients and this person never leaves message.  Could it be a bill collector?

The best way to fight against these kinds of bottom dwellers is to quit buying from Blair. They have no business engaging in harassing phone calls that begin at 8am and continue throughout the day, including Sundays and holidays.

This Blair company is, imho, a scam. They send their trinkets to my elderly mom without her request or approval. She receives items in the mail that she has not ordered. She writes "return to sender" on the box.

Then, she receives a bill for shipping... then, she gets a bill with a late fee for not paying what she never ordered in the first place.

Then, she gets numerous calls every day from WFCB (on the caller id). They call constantly. She didn't have any idea who they are so she doesn't answer.

She noticed on the bill she received in today's mail that WFCB was printed on it. They called as she was holding the bill in her hand.

They are engaging in harassment of the elderly. Their multiple phone calls constitute harassment which is against the law.

We have been getting these calls for about 3 months,if it is a number we don't regonize we don't answer,and this is one we don't know.They call all hours of the day and nite.The number will either be from 913-563-5550 or 913-563-5551.I went to a reverse web site to find out who it was and it would only say it is a personal residence.

I got one this morning at 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday, no less. I answered and she asked for Stephanie. I told her she had a wrong #. Then she asked if I knew Stephanie's #. I was less than cordial when I told her there were probably a million Stephanie's in the world and I had no idea which one she wanted and not to call back.

If she calls back, at least I'll know what company it's with. I'm glad I found this post.

Caller continues to call. Never leaves message. Does not identify self on caller ID. I do not pick up unknown calls.

I have also been getting calls from this number all hours of the day.  My phone shows no number when they call.  Not sure why they would block their calls or not leave a message.

I just called the number and it is for anyonw with a Blair Credit Card , i do have one .  Apparently i am 1 week late on paying my big payment of 10.00.
I have always made my payment on time and have always paid them more than the normal payment due.

I feel they dont need to be so persistant and annoying and call at all hours.
Im sure they have a commputer doing the calling , but I feel it is uncalled for.

The calls that you are receiving are from WFCB.  They are they credit account company for Blair and Limited Brands providing credit cards for these stores.  You are receiving the calls because you or someone that knows you has a card account with them.  All you have to do is answer the phone and find out what it is about, they wont call back if they have the wrong number.

This morning it called my cell phone!  I don't have caller ID on my wire-line, but I am getting many calls there, too

I see I'm not the only one whose been getting these calls. I've been getting calls from this number for months, up to 10x a day/evening. It only comes up on my caller ID not available and lists this number. They never leave a message. I once picked it up and got "this is not a sales solicitation but an important call for.....(I hung up).  But they continue to call, as if they can't get a hint. I have no clue who it is, but I do know they're in Kansas City, KS. I just want it to stop it's working my nerves.
