Zoom Health Insurance is the worst offender of unsolicited calls to my cell phone. I've had them call me several times from different "local" #'s. Says it "saves me, the customer, money by going through local switches." Same story as ksStopCallingMe's.

This goes to Zoom Health Insurance in southern CA. They call my cell # 5 times a day and leave a 2 second blank voice mail. When calling the # back, it's a message saying they're returning my online inquiry for health insurance. I've never heard of them and never inquired. I got a person from going through their prompts. I asked her what the company was, where they were located, and why it shows up as a local #. They use a dialing system to make it look like it's local to Kansas City.
