They keep calling my voicemail with a recording and I get only a few seconds of the end of their recording. I believe it to be a collection agency. They call under various (913) area code numbers.

They are the rudest and relentless collection agency I have ever seen. Not only do they call me at home but also at work. I have told them several times not to call me at work as I am not suppose to take personal calls. They will quit for a week or two then start back up.

Kansas Counselors, Inc. Collection agency, mainly medical debt. Notorious for having extremely rude representatives - yes, moreso then most collection agencies.
