Yes, I had a large debt that was not paid.  CACSI was 'sold' the debt.  It is our responsibility to take care of our debt before it comes to this. This company was actually decent to deal with once you accepted the fact that you needed to go there. They wouldn't be calling 5 times a day if we paid our bills.  It totally sucks getting the calls-bottom line though its your own fault!

I would love to see how many phone calls you would take given my situation over the past year!!!  I had a 15million dollar company that within 20 days in the spring of 2009 lost its market.  I spent the following 3 years trying to save it.  I put every penny I owe back into it.  The collection calls never stop now.  You should remove your post.  It's just ugly and narrow minded.

They call everyday and leave a robot voicemail with a number to call back. (866)598-1705.  The number is not in service.  Ridiculous.

got phone calls from 9138888300 every 2-3 weeks for about 3 months now, I don't call back because I don't want to waste my time talking to these bill collectors, I don't owe anybody money. And they will keep wasting their time to call my number and I am more than happy to erase these voice mails every time.  I am going to see how long these people will keep calling, how much money they are willing to burn,
the bill collection business must have a good profit, I guess.

Yes, I received a ton of calls from this number as well as 5 other numbers traced back to the same bill collectors working on behalf of ebay and paypal. I learned a great trick to get them to stop calling, so pass it on:

Save all of the different numbers in your phone of different bill collectors. Using conference call, speaker and mute, call each one and put them into a five-way conference call with your end muted. Each one asks who is this, can I help you, etc. etc. and then eventually hangs up. As each one hangs up, redial and connect them again. I know they know it's my number calling, and that's good!
Since I've been doing this every few days, they NEVER call me anymore, in fact, it's my hope that they block my number from their system entirely.

Plus, it's funny as crap to hear them try to figure out how they got connected to each other.

They've been calling and harassing me for about 6 months now, same as you guys, about some old ebay payment that was only $10 on an old account that my ex wife had set up and never paid but she put it in my name (i still have my ebay account in fact and it's fine). Their still calling about 3 or 4 times a day, I've gotten sick of them calling harassing me so I just pick up and hang up, but they call back about 2 hours or so later. I'd also like to report these morons. Even though the debt was my ex's problem I took care of it through paypal nearly 4 months ago, and these people are still calling harassing me over $10, it's absolutely pathetic to harass somebody for 6 months over $10, but to harass somebody over $10 that was already paid really pisses me off. If these low-lifes keep calling harassing me I'm going to sue the living crap out of them, I've told them several times to stop calling and that it was already paid but it's always some mexican who can barley speak english and they don't understand half of what I'm saying...
If anybody has any information on how I can report these drooling ignorant people please do inform me.

PAYPAL!!!! paypal is awful. calling on behalf of paypal for a debt apparently feel that calling someone repeatedly multiple times a day day after day is justified even if owed money.

I keep getting calls from (913) 888-8300 and they ask for Todd Graphics.  I called them back and they got very rude to the point of obscene.  They keep saying they will remove my number, but the next day they call back.

they call leave a message once a day on my mobile phone saying that its important to call back but they don't say who they are and what they want but its a computer voice not a live person

They call multiple times a day and on weekends.  If a message is left it is to call them right away.  They NEVER tell me who they are.  I have not called them back.  If they want me to call they had best tell me who they are and what they want.

Glad to know who this is ringing up my phone...and for 4.58 cents....

They are debt collectors for ebay.  What I find funny though is that I was apparently able to close my ebay account with an outstanding balance.  What company in their right mind would allow this?  I had assumed that they had taken my payment before I closed the account.  So here I am a few months later getting obnoxious calls by this rude collection agency.  It was a fricking honest mistake and now I owe interest!  So to the know-it-all "ignoramoosie" who apparently works for this company- we are not all dishonest criminals as you make us seem.  Maybe you should practice what you preach and treat every human being as a person, not just those you think qualify.  I have great credit and would never intentionally ditch out on a payment.  However, through this experience I know what it feels like to be treated like the scum of the Earth.  I have been picking up my phone and dealing with these people and still cannot get the bill paid- it's like they're waiting another month so they can get another $1 of interest out of me.  What manipulation and deceit.  I'll NEVER work with ebay or paypal again!!!!!

Why should anyone pay ebay or paypal money when they out of their stupidity paid back someone who lied to them and said they returned a product  which in fact they never did?  Having a tracking number on a package does not guarantee the item in the package was the correct item or any item at all. When calling paypal they say oh no we will check with you first to make sure the buyer returned the product in good condition before we refund their money  ... when in fact they just automatically pay them and demand the money from you with out knowing or caring if you have been cheated!

First, E-Bay is in trouble financially and have dramatically leaned their policies toward supporting the buyer and not the seller, which is becoming a burden to sellers. They have also put a new policy into the process, whereby they hold the buyers payment on certain items until the seller ships the item and either the buyer leaves positive feedback after delivery, or up to 21 days before they release the payment. So even if the buyer sends in the shipping fee, the seller doesn't even have access to those funds.

If you do the math, E-Bay is holding back millions of dollars from the sellers that have been paid by the buyers in their account collecting interest for a minimum of an average shipment time of three days. Can you say illegal?

I am a victim of an E-Bay transaction where the buyer paid for an item from me in the $700 range, plus shipping of $60.00.  Eb-Bay/Paypal held my access to the funds under their recent policy. I shipped the item from a UPS Store, and they also packaged the item.  The buyer received it claiming that pieces were broken, which the UPS Store assures me there was no broken pieces when shipped. The buyer complained to E-Bay, E-Bay returned the funds after 21 days, and I have not received the merchanside as of this writing which is almost 60 days ago. So, I am not only out the shipping costs, but also the merchandise that has not been returned to me by UPS.

I am glad I am not alone. Their policies such from a seller's stanndpoint

I keep getting phone calls from them. I haven't spoken to them - they call first thing in the morning and leave messages without saying anything - just silence. It's incredibly annoying.

CASCI are hiring mutants. It is a big problem in the United States. These mutants have no feelings and are immune to egg salad, soft boiled eggs, over easy eggs, sunny side up eggs, scrambled eggs, ouef ala coque, poached eggs.....they eat lots of eggs and they all survive by inhaling the fumes from there farts. That is why they are  angry mutants that smell egg fart all day.

I don't owe Ebay or Paypal anything, in fact I sell on Ebay all the time and use paypal to get my payments. I always pay my bill every month automatically.  I don't know why they keep calling and never leave a message at all.
