just got a call

calls and tells me to hold. leaves me there for freakin ever. sure i have medical bills but am disabled and over 50.. not much chance i win the lottery so leave me alone!

they never stop calling me

We get over 400 Calls a day from this number. This company leaves a voice mail message every time they call. We have to delete each and every voice mails. If they read this will you please take us off your list.

I am sick of these guys calling from KC, wish they would send a representative to visit and I'd give them a good old fashion Texas A$$ whuppin!

We have the same problem with these people.  They leave messages every day.  They ask for someone who hasn't lived here in 3 years and we repeatedly tell them that.  They keep telling us that they'll take us off their calling lists but they never do.

Keep receiving automatic voice calls on our home phone now for over 5 years asking for Thomas Carson. During the past year the same calls keep coming but always as to press 1 if we are or know them or 2 if not and then it gives a phone number which we have sometimes called but always get put on hold forever.
Most recently less than 1 year past we noticed the names change from time to time but the last name has always been Carson ~ Tracy Carson, Ann Carson as well as Thomas Carson. Some days we get them 4 or 5 times though the day and it gets very frustrating. I'm concerned that if we call there number and get put on hold that they may have a way of passing a phone call through our number some way to reach maybe an oversee's call or something?? Anyway I don't know who to call to complain about this but I think it should definitely be illegal for this to even happen at all.

If this was on the up and up, they could at least have the decency to call in person and ask what ever questions they may have rather than always requiring a return phone call which simply puts you on hold every time! Any ideas please advise.

I received a call from the 913-951-8797 asking for my Father who has been deceased for almost 3 Years. And when my father was alive he used my number. ( Because he lived with me ) So I told them that he is deceased and the girl was like " Well since this is your number, and he was your father so are YOU responsible for his bills then? "  I was like " Hell no I'm not " Then she said " well we need a copies of the death certificate, the obituary, your social security card, your drivers license, and a recent pay stub" I was like " Kiss my A$$, because you're not getting them "

I also receive calls from these people daily sometimes for a person I have told them does not nor never did live here but they keep calling..up till 9pm nightly. I do oe some bills and currently looking for work but having a hard time since I am over the age of 50. I will pay my bills as soon as I get work gladly...but can't do anything now and the collectors are very rude they don't care or understand that your already under stree maybe someone need to give them an update on the ecomonomy and not call people daily... much less keep calling for people who do not live at the number.  Stressed YES wish someone would wake up the government and have them do something with these collectors....

This number has been calling and leaving messages on my phone for the past 6 months.  They started out calling everyday, asking for a Mavis Caudale.  I told them that they had a wrong number and that I wished to be taken off of their list.  They stopped for about a month or two, then started calling back about every two weeks or so asking for the same person.  This is really starting to get annoying, again.  Now that I know the area the number is coming from I intend to call the County District Prosecutor for the area.

They call me daily asking about someone I never heard of his name nor lives in my house. Politely I told them no such name in this house, then I said this number for me (I gave them the date I started the services) 20 years ago under the same name. But, they keep calling me where they made me VERY MAD. So, I did the same thing, start calling them back with block number and hang up, finally I talk with one staff and I told him they better take my phone number from their list. They promised to do so (Sept 16, 2010).
The issue here, they are few nerds and ASSH.........S     who really want to tell us that we should not be made at them nor talk to them but with respect. I wonder how any one may respect someone who keep calling daily  even though I told them that they call the wrong person. I am not sure what the local authority says about this in Kansas. I am planning to talk to the County District Prosecutor press charges about this firm.               In Missouri we have the law where if complain about the number, will be fined.

We keep getting calls from this number and that person is not her I think the name they ask for is Thomas Rider. I have told them no such person lives here and we have had this number now for 1 yr and 9 months. Our number is 1-660-498-0171.

These people keep calling for someone who has never lived here.  I've asked many times for them to stop calling because they have a wrong number.  They keep calling asking for the same loser.
