This is a phone number from Verizon.  The company uses a service called Voice Over IP in which the outbound call number appears as 913-981-0081.  Generally, when a rep attempts to make a call, the call back number will be a toll free number with an extenstion.  A call from this number does not generally indicate a solicitor, but a return call for a billing issue or inquiry that came in to a center.

This # is a VERIZON #.  The caller was returning a message I left at a Verizon 800# on 7/20.

This telephone number calls a business number. The person leaving the voice mail identifies herself as "Roakie" from Verizon Business Service and leaves a totally different callback number. If Verizon is such a national company that wants your business, then they should be identifying themselves on Caller ID, particularly when calling another company.
