This caller 914-223-7557 keeps on calling, but when we pick up nobody is there. Any explainations???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

We have been receiving calls from this number - the person is silent on the other end. After many months of excessive solicitations from non-profits we asked to be taken off ALL lists with NO exceptions. The calls from this number have continued. Similar calls are still coming from 602-427-0436, 516,363,2404 & 914-223-7556.
I am not amused and am relieved to find that we are not alone.

We get 6 calls a day from this number. 5 out of 6 times there is noone on the line. Twice someone was actually on the line and my wife begged them to take us off their list. Of the two times that a live person was on the line, one time the caller said they were calling on behalf of Hatzoloh and one time they mentioned She'arim. They also said that the computer makes the calls automatically for them. I am about to report both Hatzoloh and She'arim to the NYPD and let the NYPD figure out who Hatzoloh and She'arim hired as their telemarketing company so it can be shut down.
FYI, other phone numbers that have popped up are 914 223 7559 and 718 958 3162.
