These people keep calling me. I guess I will have to call the phone company and have these phone numbers blocked from calling me and my relatives/friends.

It all started a month ago with a new york number calling me saying I owe money to them because of 1 year ago I applied for numerous payday loans to pay some bills. and when you do they call you to vrify how much you qualify for which never received a call so I knew I was denied! Finally a year goes by and I get calls at work home cell etc from a new york number 9142977204 with a heavy pakistan voice its usally a guy but sometimes its a women with the samw accient. Each time they call whether I anwser or someone else calls they say something different wach time as far as who they are the called my place of work and told my service manager they were agents or police beau etc then they said to me they were matthews law firm and the guy told me I owe money to them from a loan then he said I took out to loans and never paid it back ! I told hime I was never approved for a loan and because haven't used that bank account and over a year I second guessed my self and checked it I explained to my bank the sitiuation and she said sir there no loan ever being deposi into your accont only from when I work at sams club only my checks that I got paid automatic depoisit! So he called me back and I told him and he started getting loud saying ill have to go to federal court nd pay fines I could go to jail and I told him I never got a loan and he said you pay now and are you calling me a liar ! I hung up. I always pay my debts and I saw on tv a espoidoe of terroist going around and different forums saying you owe money all new york numbers . I really need help because now they have my new bank number so I take all my money out each time I get paid . They also call from unknown numbers and also shows up as +oooo on the caller I'd. I just got 6 calls in a row from these people and the guy who states his name is David Parker from some crime investigation company in new york, first asked to speak with Alicia Morris and then after telling me that I was lying to him about who lived in my home he disconnected the phone and called me right back, he then asked to speak with my sister who does not live with me and then told me he will call 1000 times a day if he has to until he speaks to who he's calling for.  This is really ridiculous and I am reporting this number.  The harrassment has to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i never got any money from them.

wow sad that all that information is exactly what is going on here. The number you posted shows up a landline from bronxville ny and the area code that was given was 10550 which is mount vernon ny. The fax machine number give is to a landline in seal beach california. Are they still calling and harrassing you or did they give up? run a credit report to make sure they did not get to your financial well being and go to the police.

These people are scam artists, originally they say they are calling from a law firm, now they are from a bureau of crime investigation.  Tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine.  Better yet don't even respond eventually they move on to someone else.  They have called my phone consistently every 6 months for about the last year and half.  don't fall for it.

I just want to stop these calls and want to know what I have to do. They have all my info saying I owe a loan i never took out

Just got a call from these idiots.  What they did was use one of my relatives number with the help of "MAGIC JACK" they can use any number to contact you.  914-297-7204 called himself Jorge Marshall (heavy Indian Accent) Yeah right.  told me that there is a case against me.  Asked me for my attorney's phone number.  I asked him for th case number he stated CFI.  I said to him that I know that he is Indian and he cannot have a name like his.  I also mentioned that I was Indian as well and he needs to start talking to me in Indian language.  Now a attorney will never use any kind of harsh words.  He goes to me "I do not understand what the hell you saying"  Then he goes to me what do you not speak English?  after going back and forth and of course he did not get anything from me he goes. "Now you wait and see what I will do to you"  I really wish that there is something that can be done about these people.

I got a call at work from this number.  The man with the heavy Indian accent nearly gave me heart failure because something was wrong with his phone and he kept saying, "Is this Kathy B-----?  This is Officer So-and-So."   I thought a member of my family had been in an accident.  Then, he told me that he was with the Bureau of Crime Investigation.  He didn't say "the New York Bureau" or "the Federal Bureau."  He told me that I had a cash advance loan out and I told him that I didn't.  He connected me to another man who had a thick Indian accent.  He gave me a crime file number and said that he could prove that I had taken the loan out because he had all of my information.  He gave me my complete Social Security Number, my address, phone number, and the name of my bank.  He said that they would garnish my wages for the money.  He said he would turn the case over to their attorneys.  I said that I would have my attorney call them.  I don't really have an attorney.  I googled the phone number and confirmed that it was a scam.  I called the police dept. and they referred me to a local F.B.I. office.  So, I called the F.B.I. and filed a report.  The agent said that, if they called back, to give them her phone number and name.  About an hour later, the guy called back and said, "I haven't received a call from your attorney."  I told him to call the F.B.I. agent and he said he wasn't going to call the F.B.I. and asked me for the name of my attorney.  I live in a small town and have used a lawyer here before and I remembered his phone number, so I gave the man the lawyer's name and phone number.  Then, I called the lawyer.  I got his voice mail and left a message about the scam.  A few minutes later, the lawyer's secretary called and said that the reason she couldn't answer the phone when I called was because she was talking to the guy.  He asked for the lawyer's Bar number and when she gave it to him, he hung up and never called back.

I get the same call. When I can prove that I dont have a loan, they tell me they have all my details. When I tell them to prove a transaction was made they tell me to fight in court. What can I do to get this cleared up?

I keep recieving calls on my cell phone saying they are calling from the Beaurue of Crime and Investigation that I have to call him today or I will be arrested immediately for a crime. This Indian man says the last 4 digits of my social security number. I looked this number up online and hundreds of people are getting the same calls.

They have called my place of work, my friends, my family. The number I am told to call back is 914-297-7204. I have reported this to the AG of my state and FTC.  But they still call me.  They have my ss# and state that they will use it to harm me.  I do not know what to do, how can I get a my SS# changed so that they cannot use it?

I also receive same calls.  I had the police at my house to file reports and made call to them.  The police has talk with them and still I keep getting calls.  They need to get a live.  I also tried to get information out of them where their calling from and address and they hang up.  The police told me to tried to get something out of them.  I have my background check, blocks on all.  I also spoke with a lawyer regarding this.  it need to stop

I have just started receiving calls at work. I ca ignore them easily on my cell but that's completely beside the.  I get phone calls at WORK about 10 times a day. This has to stop! I will be going to the police with all of the info I have gathered from them (which isn't much) and what I have gathered from all of you (much more helpful). I went online to see what the online loans were about and get some info. I ended up getting one. But it was a company I knew. Not one of those scams. Unfortunately I did put in some information. I don't understand why people can't get real jobs! I work hard for my money and don't appreciate someone trying to steal it from me. I am planning on changing my checking account information just to be sure and as I stated before I will be speaking with the police about this matter. Calling me 10 times a day is not ok. Calling me at work is not ok period. I am on the verge of getting terminated because of all the phone calls. This is stalking and harassment.

They  state the same thing that it's a time-sensitive matter and if I do not immediately I will be fine heavily and or sent to prison. .I want this to stop ASAP.  This has been going on for about a year.

I was harassed by many phone calls and messages. Yelling and demanding me by name , stating they were Bureau of Criminal Investigations at first i laughed. Then they called my brother he got upset at them and aggressively demanded to never call him again. I called the Indian guy back which was a New York phone #9142977204 this time i was very calm asking who he was he still was upset from our previous conversations i giggled a bit. He went on to saying his spill i said ok well how much do i owe u he says $300 i laughed my a** off and said could not believe BUREAU OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS was worried about petty cash i figured was scam dont give these people money i am contacting my identity theft. Months before i went online trying to get payday loan i was such a dumbass to give away my info now i know best plus im filing a police report for harassing messages and calls.

I receive a call today at my work.  Ben Johnson from Bureau of Crimnal Investigation.   Ask him what this was regards to and would not tell me.  I told him that my local Police will be calling and to never call me at work again...  With in 15mins he call me 4 times...  I spoke to his manager who was so hard to understand and told him to never call me again and that I'm filing a police report again him and he can spoke with the local police....    Still that jerk call again...Spoke with my local police and filing report against them,...  I have so may report with the police dept. that I had file because for these people and also file with the FTC..   these peoplke need to be stop.....

The first time they called they said I owed money to pay day loan place and several weeks later they gave me a different name of the place I owed money too. They had my ss# and called me on my cell phone and they called me at work. I did report them to Attoney General and I think everyone who gets a call from them should report them.

I have received a call from a guy with a Middle Eastern Accent telling me I owe money. If I do not pay he will have me arrested. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and my state's attorney general. I did have a payday loan and repaid in full.
Please help me.

They are unbelievable, I did actually get suckered in and gave them my credit card for a small amount and told them I would pay rest at end of month.  My credit card company called me, cancelled their payment and told me they reported it to the bureau of fraud investigation.  This is a scam.  If you have ever taken out a payday loan on line, they buy your information.  DO NOT GIVE them ANYTHING.  Because they are such a SCAM, I have had to change my social security number, all of banking information, credit card etc.  IF THEY READ THIS AND CLEARLY THEY DO, LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!
