All these people are angry because they cant pay off their debts and want the easy way out. There are so many people that take their rights to the extreme. They apply for a loan and decide not to pay it off. Especially if it was made behind a computer. My question to every mad person on this site about this company is this. Why take a loan online and not in person? It sounds to me that they were hidding something and thats the reasin they did it. You know if you took out a loan or not. I am not saying that everyone here isnt part of a scam but most of them are. If you took one out dont lie and pay it off, if you didnt report it to the bank or financial institution and they will help you resolve the problem. This company charges alot of money because the person has been defaulted in their payment and you should know that online loans have very high interest rates, they work out with you to settle for a much more lower amount of money that you really owe, if you really owe it. THINK ABOUT IT  BEFORE YOU POST ANYTHING IN THIS SITE. This site was intended to help out real individuals not liars.

this company is so rude and they are totally insatiable... they call over and over and will leave message after message multiple days in a row. None of the people there speak good english and they will not take no for an answer.
I am inclined to believe that they are a company not actually operating in the US and that needs to be stopped from harassing others. Each time they call it is from a different phone number within the 914 area code and then will tell you to contact someone in a 202 area code which is New York City... not sure how they can be stopped but short of canceling a phone number I have had for over 5 years and notifying all my friends and business contacts I have found no other choice.

well. i got a call from this number . i owed to Cash Advance and then they called me at the right time and i got my case resolved out of the court. i live in J street New York and i also had a debt of 1300 $ which then came down to 1000 $ at a time of resolution. even i got a call from this number and i also resolved my case file for a nominal charge and then thy send me the documents at my home address just within the 3 working days and i paid the amount in full of some dollars i must not say that they are a scam. but they then are helping us out.

These guys are horrible, they use all different numbers, so you never know where they will call from next. The also come up as unknown or private. My husband decided to start answering and toying with them. It was fun for awhile, now they just call to speak to me in vulgarities or to harass my husband. The leave messages and say Thank You Mother F...things like that - I have a toll free number with my business that has changed, and they use my old toll free number as their call back number - knowing that's our number and not their's.

I just have every number they call in on (caller id) blocked, and when they call using uknown or private just repeatedly answer and hangup.

The are scammers hoping to get someone's CC or Bank Info to steal from you.

Do not give them any personal information.

Even if they have some identifying info they have bought it from somewhere. I know we filled out some payday loan applications a year ago and that's when the calls started.

Scam, Scam, Scam, Terrorists

Every day for the past 6 months I've received calls from #914-297-8154.  I receive at least 3 per day on my cell phone, and at least 3 at my former employers office.  They have used the name Jeff Skort and Dave Matthews..  They don't speak English well, they call from multiple phone #'s. They say that legal allegations will be used on my name, things will get worse for me and I will regret it.   They say I only have one to pay them or things will get much much worse.  
O.k.   If I owe them, why won't they give me some documentation?   Why won't they tell me the name of the original lender and an account #?  They tell me to pay $1199.00 TODAY for what account?  I asked what the debt was for, and this "Dave"  listed about 5 payday loan companies.  What??
Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, a collection company is required to give their name, address, and name of the colletion company, and send writtten information on the debt.  
I have closed my bank account and am changing my phone #.  
Please be cautious!

I've gotten about 4 phone calls from this number. The guy said his name was jeff scott, never actually talked to him but he has left messages. I believe a word he says because I've been with this for awhile now .... & I haven't been arrested or served with papers. He sounded like he was trying hard to not mess up is script & there was a lot of background noise.

I continue to get calls from this number after I've asked the person not to call my job.

There is no such company. It is fraud, and you will be caught.. The more you call people to more likely you will be to actually call a police officer.. Good job on that btw.. There is no such thing as a BCI.. Each state has their own Criminal Investigation Unit.. So if you dont want to be arrested.. STOP CALLING PEOPLE

dont listen to them they said that we owed 5,400 something and it was through a payday loan and it was put into our account through meta bank and we have never done a payday loan...... and then i told them to get ahold of my attorney and they said for my attorney to call them..... and then they told me that someone will be at my house to pick the money up.... so i called the police luck would have it that the chief of police is one of our friends lol but when i would call them back they would transfer me to someone else then hang up on me they did that like three times then yesterday they blocked their number off my cell phone so i wouldnt know who was calling but today i had the police officer call them from my phone and they hung up on him too...... So he told me to just ignore the calls or block the numbers or heck even change my phone number

ya i have been getting the same phone calls for my hubby and i called the chief of police here in seneca ks and he told me that there isnt anything they can do cause the people that keep calling are all the way over in india the only thing u can do is ignore the calls or have ur number changed

Wow these guys are some of the ruder ones. This particular gentleman went by the name Paul Wilson (calling from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, dontcha know) and was very insistent that the person he was calling for works for the company I answer for. I kept telling him sure, I have the name in the company directory but no number, what can I do for you? His tone was very clipped and there was the sound of a TV or something in the background. It also sounded like he may have been eating chips. He asked for me to take a message and the number he left led me here. What a joke these people are.

I personally flew over to New York where this company is suppose to be located. I notified the proper authorities there since the local police cant do much about it. the local authorities tracked the calls and found the building they make the phone calls, THE BUILDING IS EMPTY WITH JUST A COUPLE OF CHAIRS AND TABLES with old fashion thelephones and some computers. They are surveling this place right now. So if you suppose "officers' read this post BEWARE your getting close of getting caught.Victims dont pay attention to the callers, they are getting scared cause they know they are being investigated, they want to get all the money they can and then leave the country. Just hang up the phone or tell them they are a scam, they will get aggresive and say your going to court or arrested but thats a lie. If you really want to get back at them all you have to do is call them back and back again with your number blocked. They wont press charges at you for harrasing cause then they have to come clean so you have the window of opportunity to harras a harraser and get away with it.Thats if you want to you dont have to. They might get your number since they need 3 min to unblock the phone so just make sure you dont last more than 3 min with them. They trace the calls and get more info on you. oh you must have taken a loan and u dont wil to pay it back. i talked to officer Dave Matthew and he gave me all the legal documents at my home though it took some time to reach at my place as i was out in the Alaska. So dont comment unless you know the truth about it. To hide from paying back the money is easy then to post on this web page.

I am so glad I was able to read these posts about these a***oles who claim I owe money to some . wIInternet loan company, Cash net usa. They keep calling me at work and on my cell making threatts that they are going to come get me and that I am to appear in court somewhere I Texas. Whenever I ask them to send me legal papers they keep telling me when I appear in court try will give me the papers. They are starting to scare me a little bit. These people, 9142978154, keep calling me and asking for different members of my family. They threaten to arrest them due to non-payment of a payday loan. They get very belligerent if you ask them any questions. I keep telling them I know they are a scam. My numbers are on the Do Not Call list. Obviously it doesn't work!

I just got off the phone with a John Murphy and David Smith both with Indian accents telling me that they were from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations..told me that I was being brought up on charges for check fraud and that I owed $845 to CashAmerica a payday loan company. I was given 3 options to make this go away. 1.  hire an attorney to show up in some court in New York 2. write a letter to postpone case while I arrange to pay and 3. pay them a settlement today and it would all go away. I got scared and then I thought I don't owe anybody for a payday advance at which time I told Mr. Murphy, he immediately  started back pedaling and fumbling still trying to intimidate me into paying something. Thank god for this website. I have contacted the attorney generals office in my state..they are in process of sending me some information that they have got on this scam.

I just got the call to my job and i know i got a payday loan years ago and paid until i couldn't pay anymore and the only thing they can do is CIVIL law Suit not a criminal DO NOT GIVE JOHN INDIAN SPEAKING A** ANDERSON A DIME OR ANY OF UR INFORMATION.....tell him to earn his paycheck...FYI: they have been calling me once a month for bout a year now with the same threats...but guess what John...i filled bankruptcy a few months back and CASHNET was one pf my creditors so GET LOSS!!!!

I am legal counsel for a woman that was called & harrassed by these people.  I tried to get their information & their attorney's name so that I could get to the bottom of this as my client didn't know what they were speaking of.  The man I spoke to claimed his name was Davey Jones.  He had an Indian accent. The only thing he was concerned with was getting my license number. He refused to give me any information. When I told him that he had been reported for fraud & that his operation was a scam he started fumbling over his words & told me he was sending his "team" to come get me.  He previously threatened my client with 6 months & 3 1/2 years in jail.  He also told her that the police would be at her house in 2 hours. He repeatedly asked her if she wanted to pay this or go to jail. The more questions he was asked the angrier he got.  He was FURIOUS &  THREATENING when he was told his game was up. (please excuse any typos or punctuation errors-that is what I have secretaries for)

BEWARE!!!!  This a fraudulent scheme.  They are acting as attorneys claiming that you owe money to a company (in my case CashNetUSA), and they are going to send out someone to file a lawsuit against you.  IT IS TOTAL BS!  I walked into my small, local grocery store - after receiving various calls from them today - and went on a total rampage.  I swear if they call me again, I'm going to find a rocket launcher and strap their a**es to it, and send them back to the foreign country they came from.  They will try to transfer you to a supervisor, but you'll get the same BS.  Check with the company they say you owe money to - they will tell you that you (most likely) do not - at least not through these guys.  Check your checking account.  They will most likely have the number.  CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT ASAP!! They had my social and my checking account number.  Don't give them a chance to raid your account.  I already closed mine just in case.  And when you talk to these guys, give them a piece of your mind.  They deserve it!!  They told me that they were recording my call so I let loose on them.  I hope they play it back - over and over.  I doubt I'll be hearing back from them.  Also, I received another call just like this from another number - all appear to be of Indian ascent.  DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY!! CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT!! BE SAFE!!
