just had a call today from this number. a different number yesterday. Anyone else receiving these calls holding a Discover Credit Card? I suspect Discover.

Call came from this number. Recording said my daughters name & said there was a warrent out for her for violation of protection order.

Not a familiar number, therefore I do not answer. Rang only three times. Caller ID said "New Rochelle NY".

These COWARDS always hangs up when the answering machine picks up. They are up to no good or something shadey otherwise they would identify them selves. Even if they are told no, not interested.
How do we get these calls to stopped anyway?
We pay a high price to have our phone for our private use and have to put up with these unwanted calls.

Many, many calls from this number. A recorded message which begins with a special offer for those over 65. I didn't bother listening to the whole message. They are persistent. Calls come every other day or so and at different times of the day.

Pressed "1" while listening to recorded b.s spewing from machine. Got a guy named Rodney who asked who he was speaking with and I told the @$$hole my number was on the dnc list and asked why he's harassing me. Coward hung up on me.

They call and call, always early morning, and no message. When call back they say the # is disconnected and call can't be completed. Have no outstanding debts that would warrant bill collection. Harassment!
