Missed a call from this number on 2/17 @ 12:32pm.  Telemarketers?!!!

I received a call on my cell phone from 915-964-9898 on Feb 18, 2007. I answered but noone was ther.

This number (915-964-9898) called me on my cell phone on 2/17/7 (at 2:42 p.m. E.S.T.). I did not answer and no message was left. Here's what I found on the Telephone Number Database:
