Automated message. Says it is second notice that the factory warranty on my car has expired. Repeated calls.

repeated car warranty expiration crap.  Cant stop them no matter what option you choose.  If you try and get a people, they hang up; called them back, they hung up when I said remove me..they are among the other 'car warranty expiration' harassers that I cannot stop that are driving me crazy several times a day, Every day!  Help

Call on my cell and don't leave message. I don't answer. Anyone know who this is?

Hello Folks I am back. Last I heard the very people you complained about over and over again until it became overly redundant. They have disconnected their dialer. It seems they decided to leave calls to the less reputable companies that do out bound calls. They however only accept inbound only calls. So I fail to see why there is still complaints coming from you all. Wake up and smell the coffee people. It isnt them!!!!! Yeah now all you wonderful people forget all you thought you have learned. Go re educate your selves, on who is doing all the calling. Than form a new forum that actually makes sence. Try to base it on knowledge not here say of the first iddiot that jumps conclusions . If an iddiot jumps over a bridge why would all you people jump on the band waggon and follow the village iddiots.

Daily. For Months. Nothings worked to get them to stop. I haven't seen the no call list work for me yet... what's up with that ?
It's hard for me to keep my freelance photography gigs rolling in when the damn machine if full of b***s*** "auto warranty notices" by the time I get out of the day job! I also shoot weddings/events/models out of state and CA is just one.... I'm paranoid that I'm missing a bride/groom/band/model/actor ..... but no... just more b***s*** answering service hogging crap. These b*****ds are keeping me from making money to keep my head above the waters of our ever-more-s****y economy !!!

i have been reciving these calls several time per week for the past year.
i have tried many avenues to get it to stop.
th call back numbers are never good , pressing to 3 to be romoved from call list doesnt work at all.

TOO MANY calls to even list for the past 3 months!  Have tried EVERY avenue to stop them and nothing works.  I get calls from so many other 'expiring car warranties' crap places that it it pitiful with the same results.  You cant stop them. Do Not Call list does not stop.  Can we file suit? They are driving me crazy.

Call comes in on my Skype telephone number, back to back, also with 916-219-8137...must be the same company.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

i've been recieving calls from this number for over a month now and it's also done as unknown and i've also got calls with the same message from florida, california, and somewhere else. it's really annoying me and it needs to stop.

I have also been recieving several calls for a few months now. I don't even have a vehicle that has a warrenty, so why would they call me? I've ignored the calls until today. I decided to call the number back to see if I could talk to someone but the only thing I got was a message saying that if I didn't want to recieve any more calls then I needed to enter my phone number and I would be put on the "do not call" list. This is a bunch of S--T! I am tired of constantly getting these calls.

Report these calls to the FCC on form 1088:

If the calls are coming to your cell phone, you can also sue the caller for $500 for EACH call. See FCC regulations: 47 CFR Sec. 64. 1200.
If enough people do that, that will cut down on the abuse.

Just received a call from them, after putting my number on the DNC, and emailing them to tell them I was filing an FTC complaint.  The company was calling through http://www.globalcrossing.com/, last time I looked into it.  Calling back gave me an option to remove my number, we'll see if that actually works this time.

I'd advise against giving them *any* information - name, address, nothing.  Especially not financial.  The company has a reputation for stealing your personal info.

I can't believe that this is the 3rd call today albeit from different numbers but all regarding warranties.  The numbers come from many different states but one telemarketer contact that I did find was Dealer Services, 100 Mall Parkway, Wentzville, MO 63385 or 800-725-4899, contact Zack Austin zack.austin@enaws.com to take your number of their call lists.  Don't know if this will help.  He did e-mail me back and stated that our place of business is now on their do not call list...still am getting calls.  This is harassment!!! I've been keeping a log of numbers used to call our office so that I can report them to the Federal Trade Commission. Here are some of the scammers numbers: 305-267-9714, 352-357-4151, 207-465-3232, 702-520-1287, 208-887-9289, 678-253-0251, 203-713-2585, 623-238-6240, 207-423-3753, 603-214-3521.  Can't believe we have to put up with this!  Hope this helps some of you out there.

Same auto warrenty call as discribed by others.  Several times I pressed 1 to talk with the individual.  Each time I asked for the company's name and address.  Each time the company's name is different from before.  First it was Warranty Activation Center located in Florida.  The last time it was Auto 1 Warrenty from CA.  They will not give a street address.  When pressured, they hang up.

Tired of receiving calls from this number.  An automated voice tells me that this is the second notice that my automobile warranty has expired.  I usually hang up but this time I called the number back and there was only an automated message explaining that I should dial in my phone number and # and my number will be removed.

I called the number back on 3/18/08 @15: 14 to challenge the call ie: "what vehicle are we talking about?" he said "You know, the one's who's warrenty has expired"  I said YOU called me YOU should know which vehicle's warrenty is ABOUT  to  expire" ...and I was "ME-ME-ME'D" by some male punk and then he hung up on me.

I've been called several times on my cell phone by this number, and each time it's about a auto warranty.  What's further is I'd like to know exactly how they got my cell phone number in the first place.

Yes, I also received the warranty call 3-4 times per week for the last few months.  

I have twice asked to be removed, which does not get me anywhere.

Have gotten this call every day or so, over the past week. Haven't answered it after the first time, when the pre-recorded message said my car warranty was about to expire.

i get this stupid call everday and yes it has been weeks for me as well. Same thing happened when I asked for info. on the co. and so forth... how the hell do I get them to STOP?!!!

Yes, I got the warranty call every day for weeks.  When I finally answered it and pressed 1.  I got a woman, she said she would remove from their list.  When I asked the name of the company she said "automotive warranty'.  then I asked where they were located and she replied, "florida".  THen I asked the address and she hung up on me.

auto call stating that the warranty is about to expire on a vehile.  No mention what or type of vehicle.  When I pressed the 1 and got a person I asked as to what this pertained to and the guy got all indignate and hung up on me.

Pre-recorded mortgate telemarketing call to my cellphone ... blah blah blah "Fannie Mae has dropped rates" blah blah blah.

Regular telemarking calls annoy me.  But calls to my cell-phone really cheeze me off.  If anyone can figure out who the source of this is, I'll be most appreciative.
