Said legal situation against Mr and I should call Kevin Petterson. The number I got was 301 242 0005

I have been receiving phone calls fom the same people only a different number.  530-235-6136.   Exact same speech is given everytime. I told him that I know its a scam and he still called me again today.   They even went as far as to have someone call me from New York pretending to be my bank and to tell me my bank acct is frozen for the next 6 months.  And that I will never be able to get another bank acct.  It just disgusts me to know that there are ao many sick and pathetic people out there.

This same person called me and some payday loans. He threatened that the sheriff dept was on its way to my job but couldnt provide any of my job info, Said my info would be "blacklisted" from credit card to Drivers License. They have called me from 3 different state #'s Texas, Ca, and Oregon. So I finally answered the phone after hearing the info from this guy and right off the back I could tell the person was full of it. My sister is a lawyer and I know for a fact if a person is being sued or anything concerning a lawyer the representing person must completely identify theirselves and organization or law firm they represent. Upon trying to retain information from this person he became defensive and hung up on me. So being who I am I called back to mess with him some more now a "different" person picks with a new name. I began to question them and he says to me "Sir didn't I tell you before when you last called that I'm not answering any of your questions" which quite frankly was odd since the person I originally spoke to gave me his name as Kevin Peterson. So when I brought that to his attention he immediately hung up on me. They dont understand that people have better things to do with their lives than to have to worry about some idiot trying to gain access to your life......... My lawyer is a current judge for another city and he is no joke. So I basically sicked him on Mr. Kevin Peterson. Have fun................

I had the same situation unfortunatly i was stupid enough to send him 300.00 dollars. After repeated calls he treatened me with arrest and he wouls torture my family. He needs to be stopped now!!!!!

I'm a truck driver and my supervisor calls me and says n attorney called asking for u it's urgent u call him. Stupid me I pull over on side of the road to call this "attorney " and a guy saying he's attorney Dexter Cruz starts telling me I'm being sued for $3400.00. That if I have an attorney or if I want to settle out of court, because if I don't I'll be arrested and federal charges will be put on me. How stupid does this guy think I am? He says he has my ss# and personal info. I called back to # 202-239-6225 and a voice mail answers saying this is Kevin Peterson I'm not at my desk right now. Wonderingif it's same person behind scams. He clamsthat I took an online payday loan out which is not true ,what can be done about this?  Any advice?

I got the same call from a 281 509 9614. Claimed I took out a loan from a payday company in 2010, and that the bank information I provided wasn't valid. He said I will be charged with "check fraud", "Lacerny", and theft by "deceit". So I asked him what account # the money was paid into, he said I had a suntrust account, and the account # he provided was totally off... so my question is: If I gave a wrong bank account #, how did they manage to pay into it, if in fact I did take the loan (which I have never done). So, I asked for a website, the caller referred me to 'lawyer.com' - I called lawyer.com, and they stated it was fraud, and they know nothing about this company. So I called them back, and asked for a physical address, and again was given a P.O.Box.
I do not know why the government haven't started tracking these terrorists down; like a commenter in a previous thread, she has health problem, and these callers are making her situation worse. I will do all I can to have them apprehended (keep sending emails to news agencies CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC...etc.). I want to be paid $1000 for every phone call they've made to me (>=$60,000.00).

I got the same call but from a different number; 214-814-5094 also 213-444-1234.  The first number is TX, USA and the second is from the Los Angeles Area.  These same people tried the same thing with me before I deployed last year and I reported them to everyone I could think of.

I got a call from this guy[ or so it seems because he claimed to be Kevin Peterson] Along with several other people from C Will Nielson Associates[?} or C Williamson [?]  They told me i had to pay this amount today or they'd send police to my home and workplace then this amount on this day and they said they had a legal arrest warrant in my name however the numbers they were calling me from were like 818-666-9746 and 818-934-9656 and such. I went straight to the police with this because i know i haven't done anything wrong and i don't have that kind of money anyway. They called to ask what the company was all about and they kept hanging up on the officer i spoke with. the Detective bureau informed me that it is a large scam and they are investigating to try to find these guys. Hopefully they do! Scott McHulson, Leo Fernandez, and i think David Anderson or something were also involved with these calls.

my roommate and i got this same call they called my phone looking for my roommate and then called hers very rude and claiming she owed money and was going to arrest her. this is a scam and did some research and its a major scam! you can call the ftc at 18773824357 and make a complaint and i highly recommend it it will be on file and give you a ref # so if you get more calls you can call them and give them your ref # and will be added to the complaint

MY NAME the very second you recieve this message i need you, your region attorney of records to return the call.

He had a very strong accent, middle eastern, and i could barely understand him. i replayed the message over and over. I called back three times and no one answered. I know its not a real bill collector because i work for a call center and the phone goes straight to a beep to leave a message!
Like dude i have noooo unpaid bills or anything in my name ! how the hell is he getting our information!?????? and more importantly what do we do to stop him>????

This guy just scared the crap out of me! I hope he calls back so I can tell him to f off!! He called me from the 760 483 3768.

He's still doing it and the new number is the same as the last person in this thread with the (760) number.  Very thick accent.  I panicked at first because I have serious medical probs, in a foreign country right now and I had tried to get a cash loan and i never actually did nor did it go to my bank acct so I know I have proof that I didn't get anything, right from my bank acct.  so I thought it was someone taking money on my social.  I looked up and saw this thread and it made me feel so much better. Being someone with panic disorder, this guy is really messing with people's health!  He needs to be stopped!  I contacted my attorney I have for something else and gave them the info just in case they want to report him etc!

I am reporting a fraudulent phone call from a man with a middle eastern accent who refuses to identify himself. He told me to call a lawyer by the nsme of Kevin Peterson. The number he gave is 732-483-3762. There is never an answer when I call back. This is harassment and a scam.

Same thing has happened to me. Ron Watson called me and my work on behalf of Kevin Peterson, threatening me and my mother, once I told him I knew it was a scam. Same thick middle eastern accent. The number came from 760-483-3761.

Are you taking action?  I will go in with you if you wish or let me know.  I may just go ahead and do so.

I received an unwanted phone call from some with an East Indian accent syaing he wanted my attorney's name and number, when I refused and rilled him he said he was calling from Jennifer Ross' office.  He said I had to get in contact with Kevin peterson, an attorney who would inform me of the law suit against me.  He gave the numbe 408-458-6582.  I have seen this number on my phine but since no message was left I deleted it.  I just happened to be waiting for a call and answer.  Before this can be done, you need some kind of written notice and or service of papers - it has to be some kind of scam.  He wouldn't even tell me how he got my number!

I too was contacted by this person. Same thick accent, and very abusive. Then told me to call this other number which was obviously in the same room as the other!! I hung up on him! Do be scared!!! If there is a Legal Lawsuit against you, YOU will be notified by an attorney with the proper PAPERWORK!!!!

same thing here all though with me he claims to be an attorney.My research shows this to be a California number.Claims I owe some place called in star cash never heard of them. As soon as you ask the name of his company he hangs up. He is violating the Federal fair debt collection act so the supposed company you owe is correct it is a federal case one against them. I urge you to call your state senator and demand action as welll as the 'Ca att general. Save any messages he leaves you. There is a 1000.0 fine per infr4action on him as well as the company he works for. Not to mention the money you will recieve upon suit!!!

We get this same # and guy saying the same thing, my husband has taken to calling them back several times (40) in a day much from different numbers and being very mean to them, they block us or hang up non stop but he keeps going at it and messing with them back. Its became amusing haha last call guy told my hubby hes screwing me (his wife). To funny, he really hates being called over and over everyone do it.

I CALLED THE POLice and the better bussiness burea and they told me i had to put in a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.So i called them and they cant do anything unless alot of people make complaint.They dont do personal cases

This man has a very thick accent and has information on my family and friends. He also has my husband's SSN and DOB. This man says I need to be in California the next morning or we'll go to federal prison for a supposed payday loan we took out online. This never happened. I had my lawyer's office call this Keven Peterson... he hung up on her after arguing with her.. she's a paralegal, she knows the law! This man needs to be stopped and I'm calling the police about him today.

This morning i also recevived several calls from someone sounding like your guy, stating i took out a $250 dollar loan and i havent paid it back and that the federal gov. is sueing me for fraud, and that i need to get a lawyer.I did get a company name and number that i took this "loan " out with and when i called them they stated they arent allowed  to talk to me because its a federal case  and they dont want to loose their jobs so they hung up on me.I was also told through out the call that they were recording my whole convo.These people need to be stopped.

Very thick foreign language. says I owe 799.99 for a loan  he recall who i borrowed from. called my job several times. When asked who gave him this information his response was he could not tell me. He hangs up constantly when you call him to obtaine more information on why he is calling

Got the same tpe of call, threanening to have ciminal charges, but wont give a company name, or anything if you ask for it he gets very defensive, he ended up with our credit card info and they have debited 750.00 out of our account, I have called several times and they hang up on us!!! BEWARE HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
