This number 916 -274-6268 and 916-263-0448 keeps calling me and not leaving any messages. who is this caller and why are they calling me.

I get call from this number too. Like all people I fired, I tell lies to EDD claims trying to deny former employees Unemployment Insurance Benefits. The reason I do this is stall the process hoping they just find another job and move on so I do not have to pay. Unfortunately, every time the person appeals and gets a hearing date, I get this annoying robocall with nobody on the other end from "916 274 6268" which usually means that in 48 hours I have a court date to avoid since I know I'll lose if I go anyways.

We received a call from this number, too but no message was left.. The id number shows that this is from the State of California EDD. We call back but no one answers. We have a hearing in two days.

They just called me, too, but didn't leave a message. From reading the other comments, it may not be coincidence that I have an EDD hearing in two days. Odd they didn't leave a message, though.

This number called me and said I have a court date set for Feb 2nd in concord, ca at 1030 and if I don't show up my case will be dismissed. They also said to bring my jury duty slip.
It did not say my name so I don't know if it was meant for me or the person who had this cell phone before me and I have never received a jury notice slip. When I called the number back it just rang. No one picked up, not even an answering message.
