please stop these calls

I received one call from this number today identified only as "California Call".  I let it go to answering machine and they hung up.  Today I have also received 3 calls from 253-382-9083 identified as "Customer Support" which appears to be a sccam--I have answered these before to discover this  I let these go to answering machine. I received  one from 462-651-1655 which was identified as "Unavailable".  Your site identifies 462 as an invalid area code.

I got the call fron 916-287-1516, when  I pick the phone say hello, no anaswer
