Its some sort of breast cancer prevention society looking for a donation...They are very annoying! We are on the supposed 'dnc' list but still get solicitations! USELESS !

Doesn't matter if you are on the DNC list, charities and pols can call you.

got the call about breast cancer 2 days ago.  told them I wasn't interested and hung up. we'll see if they call again

My number must be a magnet for junk calls--every number I have entered on this site has annoyed a lot of people as well as me. The call comes in, but caller leaves no message.

Nobody on phone when I answered.

9163134211 called at 10:00AM and left no message. Caller ID was BCPF.

I've been receiving calls from this number lately as well.  When I pick up, there's a dial tone.

FYI. This is a breast cancer donation solicitation. I called the number back and got the info.

The ID says UNAS, I screen calls and do not pick up.  They NEVER leave a message, and have been calling steadily for 2 weeks. I called the number and it is for the Breast Cancer Prevention Fund - and they do not have an option to remove you from their calling list.

I just called 916-313-4211 since they called my house and didn't leave a message.  The recording answers as the "Breast Cancer Relief Fund".  I believe in the cause, but not in the group.

they have called me many many times at all hours - call and hang up if answerin machine comes on or I get dead air if I answe - I call back and cannot leave a message on their answering machine because it is "Full" - finally was able to speak with someone at least 8 weeks ago and asked them to stop - I received another call and tried again to ask them to stop - could not - sent an email to them requesting that they stop or I would file a complaint - rceived another call this evening and told the women that I have requested several times to stop calling - she then hung up on me.  I attempted to file a claim with FCC and was unable to because they claim they are a Tax Exempt Nonprofit.  WHAT AN BE DONE????

BCPF number 916-313-4211 is FRAUD!!  I intend to report to any authorities that I know of.  They were able to get my husband to donate, and once they get your credit card number, they will keep charging it!!  BE AWARE!!  lots of scams out there!!

I think these are the same people who are at the bottom of the calls for bcfp 619-374-7701. I am getting calls from both places. When you call back it is an advertiser trying to sell this phone number to people to advertise their business. This is not a non-profit organization. When you answer the phone, for either number, they hang up on you or there is just no one there. I'm tired of them calling me!

The name of the company harassing people is Shellcom.

oh my gosh these people call two and three times a day for weeks now. Alway the UNAS 916-313-4211 number... never leave a message.  Getting sick of it.

I posted here on Aug.6,2008. They've called again; 2 calls within an hour around dinner time. No one talks, just dead air and then hang up.

just got off phone with mom and she had these # listed on caller id. She thought it may have been my son trying to get ahold of her , he is serving in Iraq. She didn't want to call # back for fear it would cost her money. She gave all the #'s to me to check out for her.

I have been receiving this call everyday for the past couple of months.  As soon as you pick up the phone, or say hello, they hang up.  This is really annoying.  The caller id is UNAS.  Can someone do something about it?  Please help.....
